The property is located at a very nice location in kasuali hp. Ambience, food, hospitality was good. However we booked the deluxe room with mountain/valley view from mm t website. The moment we checked in, we were told that this particular request can't be entertained because we don't have that option of mountain/valley view with delux room, it's only av y with super delux or suites and also we cannot upgrade you because Hotel The Chabal is running with full occupancy. In fact after showing them the same deluxe room is available with mountain/valley view on website, the staff denied what was showing on website, request to kindly change this error from website. Also suggest them to look there menu card, (soup was printed twice with de charges) rest others thing were good.

It was a pleasant experience, property is neat and clean, view is good, food was good too. They need little improvement in housekeeping, rooms were not stocked with water bottles and other toiletries properly. Tea bags were open one not in the wrapper, which is quite unhygienic. Otherwise overall it was good.

Nice Hotel The Chabal at a quiet location with beautiful views. Food was good. Service was excellent. We booked a premium room which was neat and clean, beautifully designed with balcony. Stayed there just for one night. Would love to go again.

It was a very good Hotel The Chabal, we found it on make my trip, staff was so polite and very humble. One can view the valley while sitting on the top roof of the Hotel The Chabal or in the restaurant.
