We stayed there for a few hours to catch up on sleep before proceeding to Bengaluru on our highway trip. The rooms were extra large, spacious and clean. Good place for an overnight stay on NH 48 near Hubli. We didn't use their restaurant hence cannot comment on food. Spacious parking is also available.

Rooms are not good , no hot water nor cleanliness , restaurant not upto mark nor the staff helpful / cooperative .

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. From the moment I checked in, things went downhill. The room was not clean — the carpet was stained, there was dust everywhere, and the bathroom smelled musty and unkempt. The sheets didn’t look fresh, and I even found a hair on the pillow. The air conditioning barely worked, making the room stuffy and uncomfortable, especially at night. Service was equally poor. Staff were indifferent and unhelpful. When I reported the cleanliness issue, I was told they’d “look into it,” but no one ever followed up or offered to move me to another room. The front desk seemed overwhelmed and disorganized.

It is located in a good location but the bathroom is fully dirty and the beds are not clean,towels are dirty ,the floor is sticky, Lizards are there . They need to maintain better .

The property was not at all clean. The bedsheets were old and smelling . The bathroom was very dirty and AC was not working .

It was a business visit to Hubli.. the Hotel was in outskirts, with Good AC, Toilet is ok, only the geyser was 2ltr, getting hot water we have to wait

The room was spacious but the washroom not clean the doors were not having latch. The main door latch not working. We asked for a separate padlock. Isolated location, no good food available nearby. Overall is good in case you want to relax for a night & start your journey next day.

The hotel is very unhygienic, everything including the bed to the bathroom was very dirt

Rooms were very untidy and bathrooms were stinking, pillow covers were stinking and with hair particles on it. After entering the room i showed them and asked to re bed making. We should ask for everything, give towels, give drinking water, give soap and all such basic things. They don't even know how arrange the rooms. A/c was not working through out the night. Cleanliness is horrible, very worst maintenance. Oh my god it's terrible. My trip was included with breakfast, they said they only provide for adults not for kids. Over all very bad experience at the stay. Only best part is food, very good food.

No clean room. Bedsheets and blanket was torned. Unhygienic. Food quality was very bad with over excessive rates. Service was 3rd class

Pathetic. Stinking bathrooms unclean bed sheets and receptionist attitude. We only stayed for few hours sleep and that was also not worth it

hotel is located in Hubbli High way, before entering into Hubbli . good stop for long journey like banglore to Goa or Karwar.

No service providers staff poor hygiene rooms full of smoke odour and lot of nuisance in the nite by the drunkards of the bar location is good but poorly maintained

Spacious room and washroom. Property is not maintained well. Deep washing of bed and toilets are needed.

Room was old style. Shared room with a big spider and domestic lizards. No dusting and old and stained bed sheets. Somehow, food tasted good and raoudy front desk.
