Most beautiful look. Location awesome and solitude the staff is so warm and the food and ambience is best. Rooms are pretty clean. And staff is friendly and also food is available in best tastes. Overall look of Hotel The Dewan by Royal NaQash is heritagious. The interior is all having a cultural touch. The paper machiii art is. Adorned all over service is very nice every call by front is reacted quickly. Mu-gal gardens are near by Hotel The Dewan by Royal NaQash shalimar garden is at walking distance. . Mr aadil lone the front desk manager helped us for every requirement. Me and my family all are looking for next visit also. . Thanks for all the team

Overall a nice stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Air conditioning and hit water all upto mark, cannot complain. Buffet breakfast and dinner with good options especially lot of veg options. We had some problems with the laundry as it is outsourced with no defined rate card. But after some arguments the Hotel The Dewan by Royal NaQash staff intervened and sorted it out. Staff is courteous and soft spoken. They helped arrange cab for local sight seeing and the driver was really professional and amazing.

Overall had a pleasant stay here. The property is good but management needs to be a little more professional. Service is too slow. Room was good with all basic amenities, to add heater was the best from all kashmir stays. Restaurant should be a little more bright as it is in the basement. Was too dark for my liking. Food was good. Loved their dal tadka and rice, must recommeded. Location is far from dal lake and other spots.

Services are up to the mark manager mr waseem was very humble person he had managed everything good.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are great! the staff are very courteous and provide timely services. The breakfast options are good too. Some points to note: 1. There is no recreation centre right now. 2. The room sometimes gets too hot, no specific provision for cooling 3. Very limited food options, and most options are not available.

Location is very good. Close to maintain market and dal lake, yet not very crowded. Rooms are excellent, service is very good. Food is good. Staff is very polite. We were greeted by waseem at the reception counter who was very polite and helpful. Overall very good experience and highly recommended.

The property is something else in the world. It’s designed in the best way possible showing the culture and art of kashmir. I have travel-led to many places but such property showcasing the rich history pf the art and culture of kashmir truly inspired me.

Our stay at this Hotel The Dewan by Royal NaQash was mostly enjoyable and marked by professional service. Mr. Tan-veer upgraded our room to family suite. I feel there is a scope of improvement for the breakfast menu. However, overall our time at the Hotel The Dewan by Royal NaQash was pleasant.
