The room was cleaned and the hotel staff was polite. They also provided all the amenities mentioned. The food provided was a little expensive as they were charging for having an unlimited buffet with 6 food options only. Other than this everything was fine. Thank you MMT for this recommendation and to the hotel team for providing better services.

1. AC was not working and after lots of request they ready to shift another room. 2. Non of restaurant was working evey not able to serve tea or coffee. 3. no wi-fi was available as there was very poor network in room. 4. there are lots of spots was on bed sheet and after request they are not ready to change with fresh one. 5. and many more.

Rooms are absolutely hot. AC not able to cool the rooms. Even though we had booked breakfast with the stay, when we went for breakfast there was almost nothing left, and this was almost half an hour before breakfast closes.
