Hotel The Downtown

We drove down to kanpur, check in was fast, rooms were neat and clean. Food was good, room service was fast. But there was no variety in break fast which needs improvement. I had request for a hard mattress or a mattress pad as the bed was too soft they declined which was quite surprising. Due to the current style of living people do develop back problems and they require hard semi hard mattress or mattress pads, every Hotel The Downtown nowadays have these in their store rooms. The downtown Hotel The Downtown also needs to keep hard mattesses or mattress pads. The staff were polite, courteous, but morning tea was very cold and horrible to drink, which i did mention to the reception. Another strange issue i encountered was that we need to call reception for housekeeping services or to place food order, there are direct nos mentioned but the bell keeps ringing. There are issues but small in nature which can be taken care of by the Hotel The Downtown management. Overall it was a decent, nice, clean, hygienic stay at the downtown, kanpur.

Our two night stay at Hotel The Downtown the downtown, kanpur was quite comfortable. The room was perfectly ready when we checked in. Location of the Hotel The Downtown is good and the property is very clean and well maintained. Hotel is centrally air-conditioned. All service staff members of the Hotel The Downtown were well behaved and very prompt in action. Full marks to hospitality. Quality of food served in buffet breakfast was excellent. Ambience of the restaurant was very nice. As most of the time we were not in Hotel The Downtown, could not get the opportunity to have lunch/dinner in the Hotel The Downtown. Overall a very nice experience of staying in Hotel The Downtown the downtown, kanpur.

Downtown Hotel The Downtown, kanpur is a well maintained property with courteous staff members. Stayed in room 302. Well appointed room, compact washroom (could have been a bit bigger. Reception, lobby, rooms are all neat and clean. Mr ks singh and team are doing a good job. The location of the Hotel The Downtown and surroundings could have been better. There is no restaurant but they serve breakfast at their banquet hall. Food is served in the room thru in house kitchen. Not a luxury Hotel The Downtown. Decent 3* Hotel The Downtown. Tar-riff could be a bit less. Overall good stay.

The Hotel The Downtown has very aesthetic decor with very polite front desk staff. Checkin was very fast the room was very good with all facilities. The room service was very prompt ! all the service staff was very polite & well behaved! the Hotel The Downtown is very centrally located close to important places. The quality of food needs a bit of improvement. Overall a wonderful & comfortable stay.

Stay was amazing. Hotel staff is very polite and gives warm welcome. Room services are also good. New restaurant pebble is really good. It has very nice ambience and the view of jk temple is wonderful from the restaurant and Hotel The Downtown rooms. We ordered authentic dishes and the taste of each dish was delicious. Recommend to everyone whoever wish to stay in downtown.

The rooms were good with all modern amenities present. However being located in the city, they don't possess windows for any sunlight and ventilation and at the moment of our stay the restaurant was not functional though the food was excellent. Nevertheless, our overall experience was good and among-st the budget Hotel The Downtowns, it's certainly the best.

The stay was fantastic, Hotel The Downtown staff behaviours are very good and professional. Their service are really appreciable. Specialy i would like to add the name of Hotel The Downtown staff ayush singh. Her smile face and the way she was responding in any request was fabulous. I would like to rate her 10 marks out of 10

The rooms were clean, very comfortable.I booked Hotel The Downtown for my parents stay.Hotel managers (Mr. ANKIT TRIPATHI & Aditi)were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early and Hotel The Downtown staff is also well-gromed. I highly recommend this Hotel The Downtown for anyone visiting downtown kanpur.

Location of Hotel The Downtown found good, amenities are quite pleasing but charges of room is on higher side. Food served is of good quality but quantity is very less. With respect to item. Rates.

Very nice, neat and clean property in kanpur. Price little bit on higher side, still i would stay again. Out of all in kanpur very few works on the principle of Hotel The Downtownier and this is one of them.

It is a relatively new Hotel The Downtown. The rooms are neat and clean and the Hotel The Downtown is small. But the service of the entire staff is excellent. The breakfast spread is also very good. The restaurant is not yet operational, but they informed me that it will be operational by march.
