Hotel The Florence

The location is ok with river close by but no garden. The food is good. The worst part is the loud music and the parties which go on till early morning and disturb the guests. The cleanness is missing especially after parties. There is nobody at the reception till 8.30 in the morning. The entrance to the hotel is very inconvenient.

It was quite good. River flowing nearby was just lit, staff was very good. Only issue was wifi. Food in restaurant was very tasty.

Hotel hygiene was excellent. Rooms were very clean and bathroom was also very tidy clean. Stay was very comfortable and service was also good. In all i recommended this stay. Just the location is a bit far from dalhousie and khajjiar as this location lies near chamba and chamba doesn't have much to offer so choose this only if you can travel this much

Nice property.

One of the best in chamba. On the bank of river with superb views from room. Food quality is perfect and best was the live performance on terrace on dinner time. I think you can't get better than this in chamba. I travel-led with my family and they all enjoyed the stay. Staff of the hotel is very helpful and will accommodate all your requests. Keep it up guys. Will come back soon

Very good experience with hotel florence. And staff also very polite and important neat and clean. Food also very good and hygne. I suggest to all and thanks to all florence staff. I visit again next year with my family.

Very bad room service, loud music, no service before 8. 45am even you will not get a cup of tea. Will not get the towel and soup before 8. 45. Extra bed will be provided as per their own not as per your requirement.

Loved it, one of the best in chamba, with bar and restaurant. Family can stay well and we enjoyed our stay

Hotel is newly built. Neat and clean premises. Room are spacious and having good bathroom accessories. The mahajans (owners) themselves taking personal interest and care for each resident. Beat thing was our booked room was not vacant at that time and they have upgraded our room within the same booked price.
