Hotel The Galaxy near Udaipur Airport

Don’t book your stay with this property , they dont serve anything even if you have choose in your stay package

Helpful and cordial staff. Moreover the location is strategically located near airport, hardly 5 to 7 mins drive.

Stay is okay room was not so good location is good if want near airport as there is very less option

The hotel was terrible. Room was not clean. Absolutely zero staff in the hotel. There was no water available for drinking. There was no receptionist. There was no wifi. The tv didn't work. There were no towels in the room. There were no tissues. No telephone. There was nobody you can even call if you need anything. I had to shout my lungs out and still nobody showed up to give me water or wifi. Worst experience of my life

The only plus point is that it is near to the airport. Such a shady hotel with not even a water bottle, no hot water arrangement, the most tiny washroom i have ever seen and the toilet is not even approachable if you want to use it in a proper way. No professionalism. No staff. There are small kids managing the hotel and no one is there at the reception too. It's the most pathetic hotel that we have stayed in ever. Photos shown are also not real!

The hotel was not good. The bathroom was so dirty and stinking. Ac was not working properly and there was no kitchen or food facility. I had to ask for water multiple times

Property location is ok. But public transport connectivity is an issue. Property it self is not attractive not upto the mark of mm t worst part is washrooms. Regarding food couldn’t dared to try.
