My family's 3 days stay at Gatsal was comfortable. Hotel's location is picturesque with mountain views. Hotel is neat and clean. Food is hygeinic and home like. Hotel owner lady is polite and cooperative. But, house keeping staff need to give better service. Lift was not operating and we had to request each life to switch on the lift. So overall, the stay was good but there is certainly room and need for improvement.

We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel The Gatsal the gatsal. Rooms and washrooms were very tidy and the food was good too. Location of the Hotel The Gatsal is ideal. Its just 10-15 mins form leh main market by foot and very close to shanti stupa. The surroundings are calm and peaceful. Overall we had a very nice and comfortable stay at gatsal and would love to stay there again.

Humble staff. Co operative owner. Superb location delicious food. All things can be managed by gatsal like rental car, bike, guide etc. At least cost.

Stay was good. Rooms are clean and furnished. Staff is polite. Wifi is not strong enough on second and third floor.
