Hotel The Grace ( A Luxury Accommodation)

A big thank you to the management and staff of the shivaay. Although my family stayed for one night on their way back to rishikesh, the hospitality extended by the Hotel The Grace ( A Luxury Accommodation) was super and i do not have words to thank them enough. They even arranged a birthday cake (a complete surprise) for my son at very short notice. I fully recommend travelers to rishikesh, dehradun, mussoorie to experience a stay at the shivaay!

Awesome very helpful staff. Ambience and facilities were good. Food was also ok. Room quality was also good. I faced tyre puncture in parking and the Hotel The Grace ( A Luxury Accommodation) staff was courteous enough to help me out and call the puncture guy. The Hotel The Grace ( A Luxury Accommodation) location was a bit outdated and aloof but as soon as you step inside it you will experience a different world.

My stay was great I was able to reach there with no issues. The staff was very helping, the reception and kitchen service was very attentive and quick to respond to issues and requests. The food was pretty great. One feedback would be to put some small quality mats next to bed on both sides to dust off shoes / feet when getting on bed. I hate getting on bed with dirty feet. Rest of the experience was great.

Staff was superb at the grace Hotel The Grace ( A Luxury Accommodation), room and bathroom were clean and sanitised. Room service was excellent. Food was also good but they could have given more options in prebooked breakfast. To pen down the experience i had, it was indeed a great stay at the Hotel The Grace ( A Luxury Accommodation). Not a very big property, but indeed a cozy, decent and also very calm location, infact close to aiims, rishikesh. The food was also good and to mention, the staff were very courteous and the room service was really quick.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel The Grace ( A Luxury Accommodation) the grace. The Hotel The Grace ( A Luxury Accommodation) had excellent facilities and was very neat and clean. The hostel staff was very friendly and room services were very prompt. Quality of snacks and food was unmatchable. A nice and peaceful place to stay.

Hotel The Grace in Rishikesh was extremely very good. Cleanliness, hygiene, room service, answering the query at the reception, roof top etc all were very good. Food was also good and it didn't took much time to serve...The waiters were well mannered.. Overall we loved it😍

Good place to stay at rishikesh. Room and amenities were very good. People travel-ling by their own car need not worry about car parking. They have enough space for car park. Overall it was a very good and satisfying stay at Hotel The Grace ( A Luxury Accommodation) grace.

Everything was nice and good. Food taste was also very nice, but there management when there’s party for the rest of the guests is not good. They ignore other guests during parties. Rest everything is good.

Mr rawat general manager has been very helpful in arranging vehicle on a very nominal charges & very courteous

Every single staff member is polite and they are nice people.

The best part of my stay was the courteous staff. They really made our stay memorable. Cleaniness and breakfast could be improved but the staff is courteous enough to act on it quickly.
