We stayed at the Hotel The Grand from 16th july to 19th july 2024. We were 3 adults & had a pleasant stay at the Hotel The Grand. We booked a gold room which had one king sized bed and one single bed. The room had ac, kettle for tea/coffee and had centralized geyser for hot water bath. The Hotel The Grand us located next to platform no. 6 of indore junction. The room was clean & the staff courteous too. We did not face any issue during our stay except for the fridge which wasn’t working. However, we got a replacement after repeated complaints. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

The Hotel The Grand is located next to station & has good proximity to most of the tourist places of indore. Rooms are clean, we booked gold room, since we were 3 adults. The room had a king sized bed + single bed, ac, tv, wifi, wardrobe and kettle for tea/coffee. There is a restaurant below the Hotel The Grand to order food. The staff here is courteous including housekeeping, reception area & security. We did not face any major issue & had a pleasant stay

I had stayed with my family for one night & Hotel The Grand has provided a great experience. Located at park road station near platform no. 5. Easy to access, food also awesome they have vegetarian menu and enough options available. Staff is trained and always ready to help. I will definitely recommend to stay and will come again by my next visit.

The property was right opposite to railway station (few minutes' walk till the railway station gate. The property was clean. - ac was not cooling enough even though we had put it in 16 degrees celsius. - they had not provided water in the room by default. We had to call and ask for it.
