Hotel The Grand Chittor

The rooms are good, neat and clean. But the restaurant service was poor. A simple dal rice order took more than 40 mins to arrive. Food comes, but no spoon, no tissue paper, no glass on the table. The food and its quality was poor.

we were rather disappointed with the toilets with very squeezed space and cleanliness,food quality and cutlery was not up to the mark, only shining point was well behaved and cooperative kitchen staff , specially miss Sheetal .

Rooms are average in size and smell was coming from the toilet. very average hotel inspite of higher rent.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very courteous and always ready to help, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were excellent. The food was delicious with a good variety, and overall the experience was very comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays.

Rooms were good but the pool area was below average as they dont maintain cleaniness. Room service was above average but we asked for a balnket cover for our extra bedding and they were reluctant to provide it at first but when we pushed they provided the same. We would rate it 3.5 out of 5z

Location: ok, not bad.. our room was 'river and fort view' but river view was not pleasant. more of canal and not so much clean.. food: extraordinarily bad.... restaurant:don't remember, I have ever saw plastic cutlery on a four star property. amenities: only One litre bottle for two adults and you are charging 4800 for a day. Body towels : I don't think they have ever changed them since they were purchased for the first time. staff: doesn't look very professional, dirty and non-ironed uniforms
