Hotel The Grand Radiant

I stayed in Hotel The Grand Radiant grand radiant for 1 night. I booked two Hotel The Grand Radiants before and cancel-led again after checking the reviews. Since i was a girl staying alone, i was very particular while choosing the security of the Hotel The Grand Radiant and locations. My stay in Hotel The Grand Radiant grand radiant was a secure and comfortable one. The location was very safe and it is on the main road. All the staffs i met was very professional, welcoming and cooperating. I am highly thankful to the staff mr. Karan for put his best effort and being professional in helping me as their guest. The breakfast was super tasty, i like the sprouts salad they provide. The sawai also has some unique taste and aroma. I was worried at first as this was my first time checking in alone in a Hotel The Grand Radiant as a girl in a complete different city but once i checked in i felt relaxed. The rooms were also very clean and hygienic. My overall experience was excellent. I will definitely stay in this place again. Location -4. 5/5, safety&security -5/5, foods - 5/5, rooms - 5/5, single women girl friendly - 5/5, staffs - 5/5.

A good Hotel The Grand Radiant which is centrally located very near to famous hazratganj market and many other places of lucknow. Decent rooms with all the necessary amenties rooms were clean and tidy room service was also very good although lighting in the room was really dim. Washroom was small but clean view from was average. Beds were clean and comfortable. Although we did not tried the food at Hotel The Grand Radiant but ordered tea which was average staff and reception staff were courteos and polite the Hotel The Grand Radiant had good and decorated entrance( as it was new year time) Hotel The Grand Radiant had parking place too. Overall stay at Hotel The Grand Radiant grand radiant was good n comfortable

Property is good but i have faces some problem like we reached hostel @ 6 am requested for little early for room check in but they provide 12. 30 noon. In booking time we already requested for earlier check in request. 12. 30 noon they provided room which was below as we booked grant room. After argument they prove last corner small room no 2008 where as in booking grant room city view option given by us. Next day they started calling from 12. 00 noon for vacant room other wise charges extra. After requesting they provide 1 hrs. Food is good, staff is good except receptionist mam, she is dealing like recovery agent very rigit and ruff tone

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hotel The Grand Radiant. Everything about the Hotel The Grand Radiant was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Property was clean. Food was good except upma which had a stale smell. Polite receptionist and other staff was also polite. They listened to problems if any and corrected them immediately. I was given complimentary pick up and drop from airport which i loved. Real professional Hotel The Grand Radiant and situated at a very strategic good locatio. Hazratganj market is at walking distance. I loved my stay. Worth every penny

The location is very convenient and centrally located. Breakfast is awesome. Room service is also very good. Only problem is food is very very very very expensive and not all acceptable. Two small roasted papad of 5-6 inches dia for rs 110- is v merry difficult to accept. Next time i will definitely avoid to stay only for the genuine reason of very abnormally highest food charges in room service.

Hotel The Grand Radiant staff is rude, when complementary dinner was opted and this booking was done by the organization in that case Hotel The Grand Radiant should have called and informed. which was not the case i bought the food outside. also at the time of billing the lady staff was sounding rude, ussrd word आपको देना होगा 79 रूपीस. else, everything was fine

During the visit to lucknow searched the Hotel The Grand Radiant on mm t for overnight stay. The Hotel The Grand Radiant is located centrally in the city. Lucknow zoo is nearby to visit. Hotel staff were polite and they were prompt in services provision. Food quality was good. Value for money in that price. Thanks to the Hotel The Grand Radiant staff and mmt.

The Hotel The Grand Radiant is centeally located near burlington square near old ode-on cinema. The ambience of the Hotel The Grand Radiant and staff is very good. The rooms are ckean and well maintained. The breakfast menu was very vast and included indian chinese and continental meals. Overall experience was nice.
