Hotel The Grand SIBA

Hotel Grand Siba has crossed all my expectations in a small city like Sambalpur. Although my visit purpose was business trip but I recommend this Hotel The Grand SIBA for family and leisure trip too. The reception, check in and check out, staff behavior, cleanliness, food quality are excellent. I booked this Hotel The Grand SIBA through MakeMyTrip without breakfast but Hotel The Grand SIBA offered me free breakfast and tea for my visitors in coffee shop. Other important things like bed quality, bathroom fittings quality and maintenance are also top class. Overall I highly recommend this Hotel The Grand SIBA to all travelers to Sambalpur.

I went to Hotel The Grand SIBA Siba with not much expectation. But was surprised by the cleanliness of rooms bathroom. Staff is very courteous. I especially enjoyed Cloud 9's manager attitude. Overall was impressed. Though I think Hotel should provide Station pick up and drop facility plus they can improve cleanliness of coffee shop. Pricing in my opinion was 15-20 percent higher. The Grand Siba is very well. Located in the center of a newly emerging shopping area. Its location towards the inside of the road gives a respite to the patrons as street noises do not reach the rooms. The restaurant at the Hotel The Grand SIBA provides excellent and almost homelike fare. The room service is a bit slow and in general, the response to requests for housekeeping and other needs is a tad slow.

Nice Hotel The Grand SIBA to stay but need more improvement, plug point in room not working properly, due to this I was unable to charge my laptop and mobile, when take breakfast, tables are not clean properly, required spoon, fork, side plate and tissues are not available. Need to ask forcefully to provide.

The stay was good except for the fact that hot water was not working in the bathroom. The guy who was sent to fix it played with taps as if he was looking at a machine with Chinese manual. After 15 minutes of the sequence of open and close, he just gave up other than that it was a great experience.

The rooms here are great specially the deluxe room the beds are very comfortable and housekeeping is also good. I expect the breakfast spread to be better and include a few more items. There was also issues with the refilling of the buffet and thus people had to wait for long to get food.

It was my second stay at The Hotel. What I love most is The location and quality of The food. The room is clean and staff behaviour is very good. I had a business lunch with my colleague and business partners, excellent food and nice presentation of The food.

Good ambience and complete hygiene property. Staff is good and supportive. Only The issue of hot water for Bath in morning. It needs to be resolved. Other wise Hotel is perfect to stay.

It is one of the best Hotel The Grand SIBA in Sambalpur. The food is so tastey and the Hotel The Grand SIBA maintain the quality pruduct to make these food. Room service is best hear. Staff are so polite & familier. Food price is also in average.

Experience was good. A thumbs up to The Hotel service.

The room though in The new wing, was not well maintained, walls had lots of stains and The Bath towels had a distinct smell.

Food was excellent.
Swimming pool was not operational.

Enjoyed food and stay. Need to excel in service.
Cleanliness is good. There is no cloth hanger in bathroom.
