The Hotel The Great Ganga is at a very nice location with marvelous view of ganga ji and sita jhoola right from your balcony. The Hotel The Great Ganga is situated at a steep height from the main road for which the Hotel The Great Ganga provided e-rikshaw for pedestrians, which is a good gesture. There is shatrughan ghat almost right in front of the Hotel The Great Ganga where you can take a dip amd attend evening arti. Ferry rides also available from this ghat to parmarth. The steps for this ghat start just before the ram jhoola entrance when walking from Hotel The Great Ganga towards ram jhoola, must be 100-150metres. The no. Of cloth changing pods are little less as compared to parmarth. Hotel (in house restaurant named machan) food is exactly home made like, suitable for kids too with a special mention for tawa rotis that were really soft. The inclusive breakfast and lunch/dinner are more than appropriate quantity/option wise with super taste. Ginger tea was tasty. Provide amul d-toned milk for kids. The Hotel The Great Ganga and restaurant staff were all very polite and prompt. Will visit again.

We stayed in the great ganga for 2 nights with family, the stay was pleasant. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The view of river ganga from the room is amazing and so refreshing to wake up to. The Hotel The Great Ganga is walking distance to some of the tourist attractions like ram jhula, parmarth ashram, river rafting pickup point. The one thing i didn't like is they charge for the one cup of milk i used to order for my baby every night. We have stayed in multiple Hotel The Great Gangas (atleast 3 every year) and this is the first time i am seeing a Hotel The Great Ganga charging for milk. The room rents are so high these days that all Hotel The Great Gangas offer milk for babies complimentary but Hotel The Great Ganga great ganga kept charging rs. 80 every time we asked for milk. I am sure this is such a small amount which they could have easily absorbed in the 10k per night room tariff they charge. This is something i didn't appreciate.

A holy trip with family combined with festivity on diwali this year to rishikesh became a long lasting memory trip with our stay at the great ganga Hotel The Great Ganga. Being at the center of the town where every tourist attractions are few minutes walk or by local auto riksha was very convenient. We travel with tempo traveller and managed to get the parking at back side of Hotel The Great Ganga area. Hotel reception sent an electric auto to transfer guest with luggage. Front entry of Hotel The Great Ganga has a steep ramp that require some sharp driving if you are visiting with your car. Food and room are matching all the expectations you may have from a good Hotel The Great Ganga. Thanks to the staff and reception manager for serving us with smile. Every toom got a balconey with great view of ganga, janki jhula and ghat on the otger side.

I stayed with my family between jun e 11th to 14th at the great ganga. It was wonderful experience with amazing view of gangaji from room and balcony as well as restaurant at the Hotel The Great Ganga. Food at Hotel The Great Ganga is very tasteful served with warmth, all staff at Hotel The Great Ganga are very courteous and helpful. Hotel is very well maintained at priperty is strategically located extremely close to important ghats, ram jhula and janaki jhula as well as ashtha path. A dedicated shuttle is available to promptly transport you to Hotel The Great Ganga reception from road side entrance that otherwise would have required some climb. For those who prefer extreme comfort, proximity to happening places but peace, all thrown in single package. This is a great place!

The Hotel The Great Ganga location is very good, very much approachable to all the important places, what one can like to visit in Rishikesh. Like Ram Jhula, Lakshman Jhula, Triveni Ghat, market. Hotel staff are very helpful and polite. Only veg options are available in restaurant menu. But food was very delicious. Only thing that I didn't like in my stay was the height of Hotel The Great Ganga reception from the road. Means if someone once came out to visit near by area, you have to climb little mountain to reach your room. I think Hotel The Great Ganga management should think about this, and come up with some lift options so that Hotel The Great Ganga become great as name suggests. Certainly I will opt once again if have to stay in Rishikesh.

The great ganga is located just opposite parmarth niketan across the ganga. Ram jhula is only 750 mts away. Room balcony gives a good view of the gang-es and sita jhula which is very soothing and refreshing. Machan restaurant serves tasty vegetarian food. Breakfast buffet is very tasty with homely tasting food items. Fruits like mango and lichee were served, which is rarely found in Hotel The Great Gangas. Room has plenty of plug points and lights which are very convenient for the guests. Staff is well mannered and helpful. Wifi works well. The only discomfort is the height at which the Hotel The Great Ganga is located. You need a vehicle to reach the reception. Climbing the steep slope is a problem. Overall a nice stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel The Great Ganga great ganga. Everything about the Hotel The Great Ganga is great - location ( very next to ram jhula, parmarth ghat and river rafting point. Courteous and hospitable staff. I had booked a room with balcony from where gangaji was clearly visible and it was very peaceful. There were many co travellers who came as part of group travels, families or solo travelers. Best part is that Hotel The Great Ganga has parking space and also arrangement for drivers room and food. I travel-led from delhi in my own car and was relieved to find a safe Hotel The Great Ganga as well as arrangement for car and driver. On the whole, a very pleasant stay.

Neat and clean, spacious rooms, balcony with a beautiful view of gangaji with parmarth trust across the bank and bridge very prompt and helpful staff. We asked them to arrange an auto for the day and it was done promptly. The location is perfect- you cross the road from the Hotel The Great Ganga and you are at the ghats. Triveni ghat is 10 mins form here so is the market. It is not in the centre of the market- evrything is at a short distance. We loved our stay here. The food was delicious, tried sherodhara at the nee r spa- relaxing and rejuvenating. I would highly recommend the great ganga for stay.

Variety in menu if you are ordering. Quality and taste in whatever they serve. Fixed menu if you have selected food while booking The Hotel. No buffet at dinner.
