The Sky Comfort - Hotel The Heaven

Such a very high charge by hotel staff for non AC room with moderate quality room.around 5.5k to 6k charged by hotel....I never recommend this type of stay for such charges....I would urge make my trip to look such hotel without providing any quality service....

bed experience service is not good ,They say during checking in that tea and coffee are absolutely free and at check out time they charge extra.When we book a room, they show us a different room and when we go inside, they give us another room, saying that this room is closed.

Realy have a very bad experience with the stay. The rooms are cosy and not clean. The bathroom was not clean and it is smelly. There were cockroach and ant on the bed window shield and curtains. very bad stay

The rooms are not clean, the bedding is below standard, and the washroom condition is very poor. I would not recommend this place

location was ok, but service and food was fantastic and cleanliness was good , open environment type giving good feelings

it was a terrible stay.. cockroach were moving on the wall. bedsheet and pillow covers were stinking.washroom was smelly and dirty... very unhygienic hotel.totally waste

In my booking breakfast was included but the hotel employee said there is no break fast option secondly i have shown him the booking but they refused as said there is no option for breakfast. Thirdly when i raised the issue in customer care they said they cannot do anything as hotel employee are saying i left early when on 7th jean i confirm about breakfast and they claim there is no kitchen in hotel all food is being outsource. At last i have no option but to have breakfast outside and pay extra and on other hand had already charged me extra for breakfast. Very bad experience

Rooms were pretty neat and clean. Staff were corperative. Services would have been excellent if they could give breakfast options too
