Hotel The Leaf

There were cockroaches in executive guest room. No writing, lounge chair in room. No WiFi connection in room. As it was raining heavily, we had to report at 8 am to Ceremony, we neexed hot water for bathing at 6 am. It was not through tap, but at 6.30 am onwards it was supplied in buckets by staff. Before 8 am u don't get morning tea at the Leaf. Overall poor facilities at The Leaf

no proper facilities ,all crockraches roaming around , washroom dirty and leakages happening. no hot water system only u get in morning that too nt hot, very limited breakfast with low quantity , i don't suggest anyone visit her stay neighter solo or family or couple , TV wasn't working , they tried but culdnt start TV

Property is in shabby condition. Cleanliness & hygiene is very bad. Bathroom & toilet were in very bad shape. Rooms were not clean & linens were also dirty.

The accomodation was really very average. Though room was specious, it was not maintained. No hot running water. Staff not available for support.

Hotel room was not clean. Water stuck in bathroom. Door key was not available and every time i have to take support from reception. Not professional at all.

Good management with higin place. Even i forgot my costly shirt. Mr. Puri helps me a lot & keep. Safely. Thank you hotel teams

Overall experience is good. But we haven’t received complimentary breakfast. As here around all hotels are providing same facility.

Hotel is not well maintained. Though staff is good. Lot of improvement needed. I couldn’t even identify hotel. Restaurant is not linked to hotel now but serving. Reassess this hotel for your site.

I booked the hotel at 3000 per day and the hotel gave me a bill of 2250 per day. Also the room service was bad. There was no running hot water and was available only in the morning. Also we booked with breakfast but it was charged to us

Photos are opposite from the reality. No room service, hot water or cleanliness. It was a disaster!

The staff is well mannered. Room was good to go. Service and food quality is average. Rooms are spacious.

Room is simple in look, furniture have old look. Room key are not given to me, because they say that all room have master key. Bed cushion and pillows are not good.

The service was good, the staff was helpful and helped us with our custom requests as well. But the rooms are not very good, especially for the asking price; they are not well lit or ventilated, had minor roaches problem, and did not have a kettle, though they offered tea / coffee and offered to use their stove if required. Would recommend for a quick stay.

Even after my booking confirmation they sold it to third party by the time i went to there and waited 30 minutes to arrange alternate. The room is not as in the pictures shown. Firstly u cross check the details and then post.

Bathrooms are not so clean. Lift are not from ground floor. All steel items in bathroom are rusted.

Lift not working, rooms condition average, no room service, no security lock of the rooms. Any hotel staff can open it at any time

The hotel is not fit for family staying, ac is defective, room is unhygienic. Not recommended for family stay
