To say about the room so pathatic condition and even the bed is a separated bed and we booked a king bed we got like thise and to say about the service people are so rude in the menu tv is mentions and in that connection is not there all about so sad to book this hotel

The staff are very disappointing - The ID scanning was improper - for which I was called back again after a few minutes - Requested for a Ironing box - to press clothes - which is a base norm in any decent hotel - The staff rudely replies stating that customers run away with the device and thus they won’t have provide one. - Most of the instances - No one answers - The bathroom window had no glass or door - was clearly visible to the houses beside the property - had to hang a towel to close this while bathing - Complimentary breakfast was not provided on both days - While checking out - no one was at the desk. I was getting really late for work - found a room where 4-5 staff were sleeping in a bunker bed - when asked him about checkout - no one came over to take responsibility- they casually said - drop the key on the table and leave !! Hope you correct the errands and get better in days to come Best wishes !

Very comfortable stay. Place was clean. Management/ service was cooperative. Just an advise to remove the stain on the blanket and pillow covers. They seemed washed but old stain were remaining. So it's was a nice stay.

It is on road property and easy to locate. Breakfast provided was also good. Rooms are spacious and lIft is bit tricky to locate. Overall, it was good experience at the price I paid through MMT.

Hotel the Mansion was a surprise for us when we entered the main door!! A big spacious accommodation with a big Hall with luxury sofa set, TV, AC and a big Master bedroom with luxury King size bed attached with a big balcony, TV, AC and wardrobe, a decent Toilet attached with dressing space and wash basin... Complimentary breakfast. Exclusive car parking in the basement. All these for a low price!!! Overall, we had a 5-star Hotel feeling.

The stay was absolutely terrible. I had booked two executive rooms, they gave me only one. They said the other room that was blocked for me had major issues with water leaking, however by end of the day, all rooms had guests and i am left with an assumption that i was told a reason. No wifi password was shared, only welcome kit for 4 members, two tv's installed, none of them were working. Had to chase them to get a set top box installed on one tv at least. The second room that was denied, my brother got a extra mattress, had to sleep on the floor and ended getting back pain within 3 hours, he could not sleep and we had to checkout early, so that he sleeps in the car while i drive. Rooms are great, neatness was awesome,, but the room canceled was a bizarre
