Good clean and tidy rooms manged by Good staffing, thanks for the pleasant stay.

Pillow was too thick and heavy. Dirty towel. No restaurant for food. Room was too dirty too. Will not recommend for stay

The room wasn't ready even though we had informed we were coming late, at 9:30 pm. The room had a lot of mosquitos as well. Room size is good but other facilities are lacking

The hotel room was good. But there was mould in the room and I was coughing the whole night. I could also see visible moulds in the bathroom. I also had allergic reaction on my hands and legs after a full night's sleep. I think in terms of hygiene they need to improve a lot.

The room did not have basic sanitation and amenities. AC was not functioning properly. Very poor service

Decent accommodation at a decent price in a decent locality in madurai. Nice place to stay in the temple city

Hotel room was full of mosquitos, asked 100 times to send allout or any other mosquito repellent, finally they came in at 12 in the night, with soap water in spry bottle and sprayed in room

The property needs to be maintained properly. Some smell came when entering the room, we requested to switch room and got new to room. That was ok compared to the other.

Room is comfortable. Ac is ok. A lot of mosquitos. They spray hit which will affect inmates. There are minuses otherwise stay is ok.

Staff was good and very cooperative, maintenance is required. Exhaust in bathroom is missing. Little far away from amma temple

Location was good. But there is no inhouse restaurant available with the hotel. Old property. Staffs were supporting. Absolutely no amenities available.

The hotel was comfortable. Very courteous staff. Clean rooms. Adequate parking. Easily accessible. Lots of quality eateries available around for having food.

I neing a surgeon, due to medical emergency, i was not able to go to madurai. I applied for cancelation with supporting documents as per mm t request. My request was not accepted, and i didn't get any refund.

Even for a night, it’s not recommended. Mattress was torn, washroom jet was leaking, damaged bed. The only good thing was the Manager who listened the feedback, but the management didn’t even bothered to address.

it was a good stay, nice ambience and support team efforts highly appreciated. Received on time resolution.

Hospitality is good and is in a prime location. The only food arrangement was not there. Restaurant is to be provided.
