Hotel The Neelkanth

Hotel Neelkanth was good with a lovely customer service in rooms as well as roof top restaurant. The staff of the restaurant ( Manager, cook , servers ) were all so courteous that they prepared the food of our S. Indian choices.After serving, they made it a point to come to us and enquire about the quality. Really excellent staff. They are still arranging the room for a better convenience. The only problem is that they don't have parking facility of their own but arranging in a nearby private parking.

The property is the same as shown in the picture, very well maintained, hygienic and the staff is so professional, so kind and soft spoken. Always available at your service! the restaurant ambience is too good, we reached the restaurant post mahakaal last aarti. They still had such a smiling face while asking us to order food and served us with so much kindness! special mention about chef sunny singh bhadoriya for the great food!

Here for one day , cons : late check in for one room due to lack of staff , no toilet utilities ,small size of room without any ventilation , issue with cleanliness, stinking blanket and towel , has to ask everything , very rude behaviour of staff . ........... pros : in house restaurant is good , taste is good .

Excellent food, neat and clean rooms, very helpful staff. Location is very good, just 0.5 km away from Mahakaal temple. Good availability of auto & car for nearby and intercity travel. Very helpful staff and food quality as well as taste is very yummy.

The location is at walking distance to mahakal temple. Service was also good. Food was also good. Hot water is available.

Pleasant stay and near to all important locations to visit temples. Food menu well structures to accommodate all meals under open rooftop seating arrangement.

Room is neat and clean and attached restaurant is vey good. I had an unfortunate situation as i checked in late and the the room allotted was not good. So they arranged alternative accommodation for the night and in the morning i shifted to this Hotel The Neelkanth
