Hotel The Orion Express

Stay experience was Pathetic. Below are the reasons - 1- Bed sheet was in extremely bad condition. Even after I asked them to change. Again they come up with the used bed sheet even in more worst condition. 2- Hotel was looks like night kindergarten. Lots of noise from the corridor whole night. 3- No cleanliness in the room. Smelling actually. 4- Hotel staff was simply saying that they are not doing laundry daily that's why they don't have clean bedsheets. 5- Even at the time of checkout, no one was available on reception.

The property was under construction. The room was big but it was in a very bad condition. Very unhygienic. No amenities.

worst experience maintenance zero bed zero broken bed and nobody helps regarding issues in the room even after calling them

All facilities are good but there are no facility for hang cloths and towel in the bathrooms. other then no issue

Can improve the quality of stay. Should remove things that don't work like a small fridge. Also the mattress was terrible. Should definitely change that 0 for bed.

The room was not big enough as shown or told in the pictures overall good experience but the size of the room was disappointing

They are charging you for any request even they dont provide you with water so if you ask they will say 40 rs sir

The rooms were very small and there was no cleanliness at all. The rooms and the toilets were absolutely dirty.

For the price it’s a decent hotel located in malviya nagar area. Rooms are compact and they have mentioned palace view please don’t pay extra for that, it’s only garbage view. Staff could have been better, service could have been better. For a budget again it’s not a bad hotel.
