The room is small and the price is just because of the location! Even though breakfast is complimentary in the booking, it is served in room only if you order! Mosquitoes might be a problem and had to ask for a repellent liquid multiple times! Overall it's decent!

I recently stayed at Platinum Hotel in Mumbai and overall, it was an okay experience. The location is convenient, especially if you have work in the nearby business areas or need quick access to the airport. The property is fairly maintained, but nothing particularly stood out. The room was clean and decent in size, though the furnishings seemed a bit dated. Basic amenities like Wi-Fi, and air conditioning were available and worked fine. The food was average – a mix of local and standard dishes. While it was not bad, it wasn’t something I’d go out of my way to recommend either. Room service was a bit slow at times, and the menu had limited options. Staff were courteous but the service lacked consistency. Sometimes they were responsive, and other times I had to follow up more than once for basic requests. Overall, it’s a decent place if you’re looking for a short and budget-friendly stay, but don’t expect anything too fancy.
