Hotel The Prince Royal

Ambiance is good, hospitality is goo, need to improve on the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooom TV available AC is Good rest all are good! Food i have not order so no comments on food thanks

Room service is need to improve. Regular cleaning of room is required. Very rare receptionist is available in reception.

Property is good. But the customer service is not upto the mark especially room cleaning etc. It would be good if they concentrate on customer services.

I live a two-hour drive away from the hotel and had booked it for a one-night stay to attend an early morning examination just 3 km from the hotel. The hotel reception is located just 3-4 meters from the road. They did not provide a dedicated parking area or a secure spot and advised me to park my car on the roadside, which i found risky, especially in the absence of a security guard. I had booked a royal deluxe room for two adults, but the room allotted to me was barely enough for two people, with no extra space to accommodate a child. The air conditioner operated with a loud noise, and its temperature indicator was extremely bright, disturbing our sleep. With no option to turn it off, i had to switch it off entirely and rely on the ceiling fan, which also made noise, forcing us to keep it at a lower speed. The bed sheets, quilt, pillows, and towels were yellowish with visible black stains, and we even found hair from the previous occupants. Thankfully, we had brought our own bed sheets. The bathroom had broken tiles, and the toilet flush wasn’t working, so we had to use the bucket and mug provided instead. The receptionist (rajeshwari, i believe) treated bookings with very little consideration. I left the hotel at 7:00 am for my exam, which ended at 12:00 pm. I thought i could return, use the bathroom, and check out around 12:10-12:15 pm. However, the receptionist was extremely rude and insisted that bookings must strictly check out by 12:00 pm, with no exceptions, even after i explained my situation. Overall, my experience was completely unsatisfactory. I left the hotel feeling very disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Location is overall good/very good or not so good depending on the objectives of your stay. By the immediate vicinity standard it's very good, nice and reasonably priced entries, many & useful utilities. Rather far from the airport. It's not a place you would chose for a romantic stay. The interior of the hotel is tastefully done specially for the for it's category. Staff is very good but not always english conversant.

Poor facilities

Bathroom jet spray was broken, after multiple requests they didn't repaired it. We also requested to change the room but then also they denied.

Poor room conditions as well as poor room service. Food quality is also very poor. Please don't book this hotel.

Pleasant room, excellent service. Good staff, food joints close by, easy to reach, reasonably priced.

Rooms are decently clean , staff also polite and supportive. Hot water has some issues in the early morning. Rest all ok.

Had a wonderful experience at the prince royal. Every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help.

The pillow was smelling like urine. Rest everything was great, ac was not working properly. My main concern was the hygiene. Pillow was smelling, there were patches on the bed-sheet and blanket. Everything else was great. In house kitchen’s food was good.

The staffs were not that polite and courteous. The food was also not great and there was issue with my vehicle parking too

Visited this hotel, nice place to stay for a couple n service is good and they welcome you with welcome drink n snacks. As restaurant is there in upper floor only u can order food from there only

1. No parking 2. Pantry very worst 3. Lift only 1 always crowded very small can accommodate 4 4. Only for stay emergency you can opt for this

No vehicle parking. Poor room service. No service boy. No wash room and dormatry for driver.

Stay was ok but restaurant service was too poor and no proper food.

I booked this place showing it as a 3 star hotel. But it was just like a lodge. Veer poor quality hygiene.

The room was well cleaned and dressed. The location is also very easy and on the road side.
