Location is good but ac was not working properly for almost whole night No fan in room asked twice changed room twice in a single day stay

Very pleasant stay I was staying with my family. Very safe and clean place. Support staff is very helpful.

worst experience, basic toiletries was not provided like hair oil, bath stool, slipper, ...............

Rude staff except one elderly guy. You stay with family or kids, they will literally push you out at the time of check out. Breakfast not upto the mark. Over all no value for money.

It was an average stay. There was an issue with ac that was not properly working n room was also average not as good as it was shown in the pics

Room washroom area is neat & clean room service is good bed of room mattresses need to be changed& chairs need to be replaced with new one. Don't eat anything from this hotel as rates are like hotel taj. Near by some good restaurant are there for tea/breakfast/lunch/dinner in reasonable rates. Although as per rates of room stay hotel is slight costlier. No pics taken

Good hotel to stay in jaipur. Staff behaviour is supportive and humble. Room are neat and clean. Everything is well maintain but non veg is not allow in their restaurent.

Radiant star is definitely one of the property where u wanna stay near sms stadium. Neat and clean rooms n good customer service. Whenever u are in jaipur for cricket match this hotel i should be your first choice

Old property, needs renovation. Stay is ok if booked with discount. But, don't book room with breakfast, as guest are allowed to choose 1 item from very very limited menu (no buffet. I spend 400 inr extra for room with breakfast (800 extra for 2 days stay, got 1 aloo paratha on first day and 1 plate poori ch-ole 2nd day.

The stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The staff was courteous and cooperative. The food was delicious, i definitely intend to stay here on my next visit to jaipur

Ideally located with sufficient parking, well maintained property with friendly staff, provides satisfactory services, proper emphasis on cleanliness and sanitisation. Always comfortable staying here. Highly recommended

Hotel staff good. Food good. But HOYEL needs renovation. Lacks basic facilities like KITTLE tea coffee complimentary water etc. Rooms smelled. Shower not working properly. Infra needs immediate attention.
