Hotel the Rasa Near Anand Vihar

I enjoyed... but one thing was not good that i said more than 4 times for water bottle but no one listens carefully 🙏 they was like aaa Ohk... so guys you need to take attention over coustomer Please... me really like your place so please take this things seriously

Our stay was good! Didn't have any problem except for the slow service It took them 1hr to just send 2 water bottles and a couple of plates. Ordered Tea in the morning, had to call them twice the same. But the stay was comfortably.

Dear MMT Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the extremely poor experience I had during my recent stay at The Rasa, which was booked through your platform. Upon arrival, the reception staff displayed highly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. We were made to wait at the reception for over 40 minutes without a valid reason. During this time, the staff appeared to be chatting and laughing amongst themselves instead of assisting us, which was very awkward and unacceptable. The primary reason they cited for the delay was the presentation of a masked Aadhaar card, which is permitted as per government guidelines. Despite this, they insisted on an unmasked version and refused to proceed without it. After a long argument, I was forced to submit the unmasked Aadhaar card, which I was not comfortable doing. The situation worsened when they claimed that the Aadhaar card provided by my companion was "incorrect" and insisted on accessing her Aadhaar via OTP on her mobile—without consent. This is a serious breach of privacy and completely inappropriate. Eventually, we were allowed to check in with the same Aadhaar card, raising questions about the validity of their previous objections. Adding to the poor experience, the room was extremely small and did not match the expectations set by the listing. Despite paying over ₹2500 per night, the room quality was more akin to a budget OYO property. The bed frame was made of iron rods and felt uncomfortable. The overall quality and service were not at all in line with the pricing. I hope MMT takes this complaint seriously and investigates this matter thoroughly.

Hotel location was easier to locate…but hotel rooms are like rat hole and it’s so congested to stay…and they were charging 400 rupees for breakfast but they provide only sandwich and chai that’s all…kindly don’t recommend these type of hotels hereafter…

staff was good.. room was a bit small.. but it's ok really looking forward to stay here in next visit

best experience at this place, staff was professional and polite through out my stay. they even went and did every possible thing for making the stay happy

Clean rooms ! the service is good ! it’s exactly like what’s in the pictures, right on the main road so easily accessible. Will recommend to book this property.

Worst hotel never stay, hotel is less more like a terrific place. Never book for family. Support staff is not at all responding to any query. Burn your money but dont go here.

Rooms smell a lot. Location is not good as reaching to it as per map provided is bad. Bed is having sponge sounds. No bathroom dental kit, soap kit, tissues, toilet was smelling. Approach of staff while entering is not good.

I booked the hotel for 8 days and i asked for early check in. I was agreed to pay the early check in charges but the stupid receptionist asked me to pay 50% amount of my total booking charges I asked him to show the early check in policy but he didn’t show. But he was trying to earn extra money for his pocket and he didn’t let me check in early. Terrible experience. Owner should fire that motherfucking receptionist from job.
