Hotel The Sara

This is the first time booked this place. Pleasant stay. Hotel was kind enough to arrange complementary pick up from station. Rooms are tidy and well. Maintained(Hotel also provides complementary shaving kit). However felt the food pricing was a bit on the higher side considering the place. Hotel should rationalize the same for better occupancy.

Hotel is located in main Agra Bombay Road with excellent location. Front office as well as entrance Foyer appear pleasant. Room having beautiful interior with all well placed facilities. Toilet are neat and clean with large size as well good ventilation. Over all I'm very happy and feel it's value for money.

While returning I stayed at another Hotel The Sara which was just walking distance from Railway Station and expensive. I noticed Hotel SARA was far BETTER. They also provide pick and drop facility from railway station. Food was good but they should look that food served in the rooms remains hot.

Good room, excellent service, food quality was also very good. Behaviour of staff was very nice. We enjoyed everything within budget. We will surely stay at sara Hotel The Sara in future visit with expectation of same services. Thank you so much for such treatment by sara Hotel The Sara team.

As a small place like gune Hotel The Sara like "the sara" is excellent place, rooms are very good, food is very good, good hospitality, pick up & drop facility. Hotel management keen to help customers and try to give their 100%. I always want to stay in " the sara" when ever I visit guna.

Finest place to stay at Guna in every aspect like service, food quality, staff behavior and cleanliness. I would always prefer to stay there everybody can choose Hotel Sahara to stay for a short time or long for business trip or family. It's always give you value for your money.

Nice Place to Stay in Hotel. The Sara at Guna. Big clean rooms. Great food with value of money. Co-operative and Friendly Staff. Hotel also has a small gym with trainer which is a good addition. Overall it is good Hotel The Sara except its toilet smell poor. Hotel is great.

Very nice location and easy access from the Railway station and staff on phone greeted very well and well behave co-operative. Room services is good. Value for money. As per price the deal is very nice.

Very good spacious rooms, service is good and staff is very cooperative. There is no sound and dust pollution, parking of Hotel The Sara is big, cleanliness is very high genic, toilet size is very big and clean.

Food is okay. Cleanliness needs to improve. Towels and bed sheets were not clean.
Room was smelling. Oily floor.

Very nice reach easily to Hotel The Sara from anywhere. Staff is very cooperative. Guna is very small city but Hotel The Sara is nice. Service and cleaning is very good. Food is tasty, both veg and non veg. I will come with my family.

Nice Room, Near to City. On Highway, Good Food, Cleaning services are available, Staff are nice, parking available. You can reach there by your own vehicle. Overall nice Hotel in Budget you can go for that

It is located at 3 km from bus-stand. But away from traffic noise. Very clean rooms are here. Very decorative rooms. Good furniture facility. Food quality is also good. AC was not working properly. Very helpful staff. But overall a good experience. MMT rocks!

Hotel property is awesome. Greatest Hotel The Sara in Guna with experienced staff and services. Kitchen is good and food with reasonable rate. The only problem is Hotel The Sara is little bit far from market. Good infrastructure and provide ambient atmosphere to customer.
