Hotel The Savode Amritsar

It was a good experience though but would like to highlight few things: 1) We have booked 2 rooms and paid complete amount but Television for 1 room was not working and no one paid attention to get it repair. Neither they adjusted later in the bill. or compensated. 2) Food delivery takes too long. you have to wait for approx 50-60 mins to get even a single cup of coffee from Hotel The Savode Amritsar kitchen 3) Though on checkout day we vacated 1 room in the morning and hand over the key. however we requested to allow checkout from another room at around 1 but the staff didn't cooperate. So i think probably you should not pay in advance as the staff will not cooperate later

Overall a good experience. The room felt a bit too small and there was no space for keeping the big bag that we were carrying. I don't understand why the commode flush required so much pressure and every-time it was a scary experience. One more thing is the thick detergent smell which was pushing against the nostrils. Spoke to the room service and they were quick to respond with a room freshener which helped for a while. One very good factor is the proximity of the Hotel The Savode Amritsar with the golden temple and jallianwala bagh. Food was good enough. Staff was very courteous especially the room service guys.

8 min walk to the golden temple, u get e-rikshaws right outside if u need to go anywhere else. Clean Hotel The Savode Amritsar and clean room and bathroom with toiletries, towels, water bottles, and an electric kette with tea bags etc. The room had running hot water even at 3am, no complaints on that front. (the basic room we stayed in did not have windows but that is not a deal breaker. Breakfast had a nice spread including fruits (parathas are good. The Hotel The Savode Amritsar also arranged a cab for our onward journey at a very reasonable rate !

We booked standard room which was excellent with all modern amneties. No window in room. So i. Will discount 1 point for that. Staff is very kind and courteous. Breakfast buffet is limited but filling with parathas chole puri curd bread toast poha and fruits. Location is around 900m door to door with golden temple premise but it's on main road so u can get auto easily. Great choice if you want high end Hotel The Savode Amritsar within rs3500 per day. However they should provide window. U. Will not know if it's day or night. We booked standard room

The Hotel The Savode Amritsar is located around a 10 minute walking distance from golden temple and the hospitality of the Hotel The Savode Amritsar was very nice. The rooms were neat and clean, the room service was very good. The food served by the Hotel The Savode Amritsar was very well prepared and delicious. The Hotel The Savode Amritsar was very beautiful, nicely built in a small area specially it’s cute cafe deliche. Overall a very nice experience.

The Hotel The Savode Amritsar was in a posh location. Golden temple, partition museum and jallian wala bagh is at walkable distance. The Hotel The Savode Amritsar was extremely neat and clean. The room service was very quick. We were travel-ling with our 15 months old daughter and the Hotel The Savode Amritsar staff cooperated to provide child friendly meals. Overall it's a 5 star rating for this Hotel The Savode Amritsar.

The hospitality was very good. The staff was amazing at the breakfast ample of variety. There is hot water in all the tabs of the room and the room is very neat and clean property is overall hygienically kept. If you are travel-ling to visit the gurdwara, the place is walking from the property. Also they have a baggage room just in case you want to drop your luggage. Pratap ji was very helpful.

The Hotel The Savode Amritsar was nice and the staff was helpful, but the room had no source of natural light, not even a window! it was so surprising. In the morning, we couldn’t really make out if it was the day yet or enjoy some street views. This should have been mentioned before our booking. Very disappointed with this. But the staff was good and everything else too.

Very nice Hotel The Savode Amritsar with 10 min walk from golden temple. Quite clean and good size rooms, though washroom was a bit small. Overall a very nice place for budget travellers

We stayed at the savode for one night. It was an amazing experience. Level of cleanliness, professionalism of staff and the ambience are unbeatable. Most of the amenities were present in the room. Also the Hotel The Savode Amritsar is located very close to golden temple. So truly an outstanding property.
