Hotel The Treat

Property is near to Railway station. Only 1.4km away through old station road. Provided soap, shampoo, and one litre mineral water. Lift in the property. Neat and clean room. Room is spacious with balcony. I spent only Rs 1014 for double room AC.

The night shift staff were not only rude but completely unhelpful. The bedsheets were filthy—clearly not cleaned—and the food was absolutely awful. I paid for the food, but when I tried to return it, they told me it couldn’t be refunded. Instead, they offered to “arrange” a replacement the next day, as if that solved anything. When I asked again for a refund, they flat-out refused. Breakfast was no better. I honestly have no idea how they prepare it, because none of the dishes had even a pinch of salt. Everything tasted bland and completely unappetizing. The service , and the overall stay was a complete disappointment. It was so bad that I ended up changing my hotel entirely and paying extra—something I shouldn’t have had to do, especially since this was supposed to be a budget trip for me. This whole experience was , unacceptable, and honestly one of the worst

Light gone yesterday mid night at 12.00pm n light come at the morning today 6.30am no staff will present there to help you I had trying to make a call but no one receiving the phone

location is hard to find. rooms are filthy, damp and stuffy. there was fungal growth on walls. AC wasn't working to make matters (smell) worse.

There is no television and tata play is not subscribed. The surrounding locality is not suitable for family & ladies due to mass ambience. The restaurant in hotel is not up to the mark. Only two breakfast menu are available i.e poori & parotha. They take long time to cook these items.

The hotel staff was good but the room was not as good as expected. The water supply in the washroom was slow but it was good.

Very bad experience room was in very bad condition no proper service given by staff pls don't visit

there was no remote to watch TV, the room interior was not good no proper curtains for windows, no hot water, the lift was not working. it was pathetic

easily located near the market. helpful staff specially anjan. and all team... we stayed only 1 day but enjoyed it very well.
