Extremely great service provided by the team. Rooms: Very neat and tidy with great service.Cleanliness was ensured across our 3 days of stay Food: Contrary to the other reviews, the Hotel The Urban Villa does have a collaboration with a local restaurant and food was very good. Service here was prompt. Staff: Extremely caring and hospitable staff. Took care of each and every request of ours. Location: Slightly far from the Temple,but the surroundings are quiet and isolated from the hustle and bustle of city which we liked Thanks to Vikrant and Nitish and team for our lovely stay.

The Hotel The Urban Villa is located in a quiet Neighbor hood. The rooms are spacious and of good quality, Hotel The Urban Villa is overall clean. Service levels were good and prompt. Special mention to Amit Rawat at front desk for all the support.

Very good cooperative staff for services. Vikrant and jahangir for providing all good amenities. Except kitchen was not available so if you are travel-ling with kids then make pure requisite arrangements. Cleanliness was maintained

I reached at 11. 00pm, Hotel The Urban Villa staffs were courteous but lack dress, kitchen was obviously closed. Small and compact can be used for one night stand. Built inside a colony.

Hotel is very good rooms are spacious and comfortable .Jehangir Vikrant and Gaurav are very helpful namaste coeprative. I'll suggest everyone for further bookings in Urban Villa.
