Hotel The Urban Villa

Hotel is clean, bathrooms are good. Staff is polite. Few things need to improve, service is slow. They don't have restaurant so they order food from outside. Day 1, we got food on time, second day food was delayed too much finally we settled for someone else's breakfast. Few pillows were clean few were slightly soiled. Overall it's a good place to stay. If they can improve on above points it will be perfect.

superb staff and room service ..even though they don't have kitchen , staff is extremely helpful to bring you stuff from nearby locations... Nitish heading room service is extremely good and helpful...5 star rating to him it's safe bet to stay in this property thanks a lot
