There was no welcome drink upon arrival, and no staff were available to assist with luggage. The room’s air conditioner was not working. Even after raising a complaint, the issue remained unresolved. The television was initially non-functional and only worked after the DTH service was recharged following my complaint. There was no driver or staff available to manage the parking area. I was called twice to move my vehicle to make space for other guests. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bedsheet provided was torn. Foot mats in the room were dirty and emitted a bad odor. No slippers were provided in the room. Although the washroom was in decent condition, there were no basic toiletries like soap, dental kits, or shaving kits. The food quality was very poor, and the room service was among the worst I’ve ever experienced.

room is very spacious, clean , mountain view and afterall the behaviour of staff is very good.

amazing location.... The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Nice clean and hygienic rooms at cost effective pricing. Only things that could be improved are correct room photographs as per options available in hotel (like the room we stayed had window but nothing to look out, it was blocked with an adjacent building wall. Additionally the food options were limited and could use some upgrades. The location was convenient and accessibility to hotel was good.

location is good, staff is friendly, beeakfast is okay..rooms was fine and clean. staff was really good as they helped us with all our needs. room needed little bit of repair.

Nice hotel. But lack of hospitality. We need to call reception regarding our dinner buffets unlike other hotel we stayed during the same week they itself contact us regarding what we need. Lack of professionalism. Not a 4 star property from its services. Food was good

Rooms are not as per expectations or as per tariff. Restaurant service are also very slow and not attentive bathroom is not maintained. Washbasin is broken, mirror is broken, hot water pressure is almost zero.

Hotel is nice, room is nice but the staff isn't. They don't provide any medical help. Asked them late at night at 12:30 for medicine(diegine, eno) for gas they said it's too late if earlier you could hv informed we would hv arranged. Morning at 8 when called with the name of store that is open they said no staff is free, and when i myself went out to buy staff were chilling and talking in reception. So never stay in this hotel with old parents or someone who is not prone to hilly areas because they don't care about your health as it is not paying them anything
