Though I got the room changed immediately as the did not like the first shady room which was allotted and Staff was warm to greet and provide the essential which were not available in the room. Only thing to look at is the poor room maintenance which needs the revamp of the utility services.

Location is quite interior, food was below par, rooms were claustrophobic, on switching on the bathroom geyser appliances i got electrified from the metal attachments in the bathroom. Complete nightmare

Very few amenities provided from the listed ones The only thing they provided was Bed,AC,TV which was fine. Towel, curtains had stain marks,Bedsheet had small hole near one side. Flush was not working so i asked the staff to fix it Reminded them 2 times to fill handwash which was almost empty they took the bottle to fill it but didn't bother to give it back I had Complimentary breakfast and before booking on a call they said they had buffet breakfast but it wasn't there They asked me Tea,toast or Aalo paratha I Got tea and during putting bread in toaster a mouse ran from it so i denied to eat from it and asked them to toast bread on Pan This all is TRUE nothing personal with any hotel staff I don't generally write reviews but i put an effort to describe in detail what happened Very few amenities provided from the listed ones The only thing they provided was Bed,AC,TV which was fine.
