Hotel The White Tulip

This was my 3 year visit in this hotel, in this year service was not good in foods and complimentary services as compare 1st year

We family stay there for 1 night but very bad experience it was overall, after booking we have to wait for the room, when we got a room, it was very bad smelling & cleanliness is very poor. Complementary breakfast timing is mentioned 7:30 am to 09:30 am but when we reached the restaurant for breakfast we waited there for 45 minutes & then followed continuously but the staff response is very bad, after that we got breakfast but it was our wrong decision to have the breakfast there, & very casual approach by the property manager. Overall I will not suggest anyone to have stay there Property location is very good, however there is no parking space, cars were on the road the whole night.

Terrible hotel to stay . Please don't book this hotel It's bad in all aspects ..room ,toilet , cleanliness , name of restaurant and above all no service . They don't have staff

The room was in a bad condition. Bedhseet was dirty and stained, no telephone inside the room i had to go outside reception physically every time i needed any service, ac switch was not working properly, bathroom faucet/shower was also not working properly. Also the major issue was when i checked in there was no bath towel, no toiletries, no water inside room. I kept on asking for towel whole day but they didnt gave me a towel. Also they charged me for water bottle which is always complimentary almost in every hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel—clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious food, and excellent service. The ambiance was relaxing, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay.

The room does not look like shown in the photos and is also not clean , staff also not polite and staff behaviour is not good

It was a very bad experience and they are website it’s showing intercoms, tv, freeze Wi-Fi, toiletries are provided but it’s didn’t provide. Seriously it’s a very bad experiences waste of money . Linen also dirty

this hotel not suitable for family stay because i have seen other activities which is not suited for family stay. smocking smell in the room. all windows are found opened.

Nice Budget hotel. Good Service. Neat and Clean rooms. Cooperative staff. It was comfortable stay.

only the building n rooms are good...but the hospitality n services are horrible....very less n non cooperative staff....foods price doesn't matches the quantities.... horrible experience...won't suggest anyone to stay...

The Hotel Room was Decent but wifi was not working properly rest of the facility are excellent and the most unexpected thing i got is mini fridge in the room at this price point left me amazed

The hotel is good service is also very good. Nobody is there to disturb. Haven’t tasted the food. But one thing I don’t like is there is no smart TV in the room

I had the pleasure of enjoying the morning breakfast at your hotel, and I must say, it was an good one. The breakfast spread was impressive. The quality of the food was good. I particularly enjoyed the combo pack pf paratha,tea,curd etc. I was worth to money. The breakfast area was clean, well-organized. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ensured that everything was replenished promptly. The breakfast team took the time to engage with guests, offered recommendations, and made sure everyone had a wonderful experience. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the morning breakfast at your hotel. It was a great way to start the day, and I would highly recommend it to anyone staying here. Please keep up the fantastic work!
