Rooms were good and property location is easily accessible with all sorts of transport and food and services were good.

Room was still not ready for occupation when it was alloted to me. People running the Hotel day to day activities seemed to be bunch of hooligans. There words spoken were most of times unparliamentary. And to meet the Manager even for a casual talk was like meeting the President of USA. They tend to forget that customers like us are the reason for success in their business. Location of the property is horrible. The facilities shown in your website are all farce. It's unfortunate that you patronize this property. It's doesn't qualify for housing worst elements of society

Good property, good food and good location.

rooms are completely different than what's shown in the photos , of course a replacement was provided but it was only when another room was vacant. Food quality was good.

It was a pleasant stay. The environment was good and the area was a little distant from the main road so it was less noisy. All necessary things were provided and staffs were polite too.

We stayed one night at Tourist Inn by Sagar. The room we book is big trident room for 4people with one single bed and one king sized bed.Room and washroom is big but dirty and full of cockroach,it's like it's their home only . It is a pure veg hotel ,but the food is good. Complementary breakfast had a lot of options.Staffs are cordial ,and the location is very good .

Appreciate the hospitality and cleanliness of the place. Would see to revisit as there’s added proximity cos of being in heart of town and well deserved Amelie’s after its renovation

Hotel was good in this price, food and staff was also good, Only concern is that wifi range is little low inside the room

Room is ok but in comparison with rate not suitable and even not able to get proper food bill in spite of several reminders

The hotel is in a very convenient location and aesthetically appealing. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. As we booked the rooms in the hotel twice in 10 days, they were generous enough to accommodate us in upgraded rooms, even though had booked through MMT. The staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Although, it was one time trip, definitely will visit again if given a chance.

Good ambience & minimum distubance every staffs well behaved & breakfast served so well. Rooms r clean washroom also clean but only the geyser of my room lickage else everything fine.

The property is really good

The room did not have a functioning television, and there was no solution offered. The food was average, and other amenities good enough.

Location was ok, convenient for traveling to Sikkim. Air-conditioning was poor in the room as it was small capacity portable AC installed in a 200sqft room with 3 occupancy and was not working properly at times. Window glass was damaged.

Location was fine. It was close to the main check post. I had an early check out. But they denied any early breakfast or even a morning cup of tea. Did not expect that !

Overall was an average experience, on the positives; the restraunt staff and service staff in general were pretty cordial, polite and helpful. The location is pretty great and well connected you can find pharmacies, eateries, clubs and grocery stores at walking distance. On the negatives ; some rooms on the older wing tbh may be slightly smaller, also since siliguri is a pretty cold place at-least during the winters several essential facilities like room heaters ought to hv been provided, water kettles were not functional and replacements not available plus first aid kit was not stocked too well as basic cetrazine or cough syrups weren’t available. Reception did not pick up calls post 11-12 in the night but were present downstairs. Overall it was an okayish experience for the price and hopefully once their new wing is up and running quality of service will improve.
