Hotel Tourist Plaza

Kacheguda between 27 th and 29th of september 2024. The positive points are definitely higher than the negative marks. The Hotel Tourist Plaza being situated close to the railway station and easily connecting to work spots and sight seeing places is the biggest advantage. The Hotel Tourist Plaza is maintained neat and clean, very cosy and amid the hustle bustle of the area, once you get in is very peaceful. No disturbance of noise of the surrounding or the passing of trains closeby. Added is the nice restaurant servimg clean, fresh and tasty food buffet as complementary to the stay. Kudos. But we had a very discomforting experience regarding the matter of check in and checkout timings. Their checkin and checkout time is simply senseless. We checked in at late night on 27th at 11. 20 pm and wanted to checkout at 6. 00 pm of 29th thus paying for 2 night halts. The management simply did not agree for payment of 2 days rent and will be charged full 3. Days and asked to vacate if not ready to pay for the third day. By god this is simply ridiculous. I raised a point suppose we checkin at 7 am in the morning and want to vacate at 8 am next day, is it charged for two days. There is no answer. We vacated and after completion of our scheduled program we had to sheepish y spend time in their lounge before proceeding to the railway station. This is the greatest drawback here and i strongly urge the management to adopt to the 24 hour check in check out policy which will be more customer friendly and avoids inconvenience. I stayed with my family for 4 days (booked for 5 days, but late check-out with extra payment is not available; this is a real disadvantage, i lost one day amount. If you book a Hotel Tourist Plaza through makemytrip, you will get a good discount instead. Hotel management is very nice; reception and staff are also good; and Hotel Tourist Plaza room cleaning and maintenance are very good. The location is good. Very close to the railway station; nearby, you will not find the best veg Hotel Tourist Plaza for lunch and dinner except nikhils biriyani. I always suggest, with breakfast, that they provide a good-quality and tasty south indian breakfast with tasty coffee and tea. The canteen manager, mr. Bapu ji, has very good management and service. Special thanks to bapu ji. Anuradha madam, thanks for the quick response to all queries and managing things well.

Location: very near to kachiguda railway station. Walkable distance about 250mts rooms: we took executive rooms. They were neatly maintained. 2 complementary water bottles were given for each day of stay. Electric kettle and basic necessities were available. Rooms are probably a bit old, but well maintained food: we had buffet breakfast for 3 days there. They served a variety of tasty dishes like idli, vada, poha, dosa, bread toast etc. All at an attractive price of rs. 160/head in the night we ordered food from their menu. It was very delicious and hygienically done. We were happy of the service of the staff amenities & services: 1. Walkable distance from kachiguda railway station 2. Cellar parking available for people bringing their own vehicles. 3. Local tour taxi available at reception

Location wise walkable distance to Kacheguda Railway station.. Nice ambience. Breakfast provided is very good quality. Service of restaurant staff is very good. Front office staff behaviour is very nice.. Room is good. Daily they clean the rooms. Tourist service desk is also useful. For my next visit also I will opt for Tourist Plaza. One thing I found very unexpected is the free food supplied to poor peoples in and around the Hotel Tourist Plaza❤️

This is a good Hotel Tourist Plaza in existing since long. I think they have refurbished every thing to give a new and modern look. They are successful to some extent. Room service is good. One will get coffee to room as early as 6. 15 to room. Service is good. Staff are cooperative. The only drawback is check out time is 10. Am. Previously it was 24 hours for direct booking. Overall experience is ok

Hotel is in a prime location and easily accessible. Some of the rooms are very good but some are quite bad also. Some rooms are so small that there is no place to keep a cabin bag too and some do not have geysers and have to depend on your luck for hot water. Food is excellent and staff exceptionally good. They try to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Tourist plaza Hotel Tourist Plaza is a budget-friendly option with a convenient location, cleanliness, and essential amenities. While south y and healthy breakfast with very good taste, the overall experience appears satisfactory. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in hyderabad, this Hotel Tourist Plaza might be a good choice!

I visited hyderabad with my wife for family function. The Hotel Tourist Plaza location is nearby. The facilities are top clas and the service are good. The Hotel Tourist Plaza obliged for late check-in. Food was good. The only minus point is the slope in the corridor near the room, which is unsafe for senior citizens like us.
