Good hotel in Delhi and ambience so good location near metro station Patel Nagar waking distance 😍😘😘

I told them to give me hot water to shower... They didn't. It happened previously too with this hotel

Mera stay hotel town ace patel nagar mein bahut hi accha raha. Staff bahut friendly aur helpful tha. Room saf, comfortable aur saare amenities available the. Food fresh aur tasty tha, especially breakfast ka buffet zabardast tha! Location bhi perfect thi — sab kuch easily accessible tha. Overall ek peaceful aur memorable experience tha. Main sabko recommend karunga ki ek baar zarur yahan stay karein.

Comfortable with pleasure for travellers.. Key location of Delhi. Easy for reach and accessibility of main markets.

AC, LED not working. Continuous water leakage from top and damaged my laptop completely. When I asked to look into this they are like “Chal raha hai AC, and commented ab ye keh rahe hai ki nahi chal raha hai toh maan na padega”. Not a pleasant stay.

Hotel is good at its price.management is good and cooperative and also at good location nearby to metro station and markets

The location is excellent very convenient Rooms are also comfortable but there was a smell in the room, however, the staff was kind enough to change the room I did not try the food but their housekeeping service is prompt. Overall a very good experience

have stayed at a dozen hotels in (Location). This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. The friendly and helpful staff were there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

Staff was nice. Food was good. But there was mould smell in the banquet downstairs. Recommend for short stay. Couple friendly.

Expect average 3 star facilities. Was really disappointed when reached for check-in as they declined to allotwhich was booked online (to accommodate 4 family members together) stating that one room can accommodate only 3 persons. On toughening my stand of booking they allowed to stay, but gave an room with extra cot (though I had paid) trying to imply that was the Had to accept it as couldn’t go to search with family for another hotel late in the evening. Staff were generally good and cordial. However some were to give good reviews Breakfast was average but ok. Ordered supper at room one day - was very costly and very average food ( not worth). Cleanliness average. Had to ask for room cleaning every time. Even water was charged and not complimentary. Overall average experience and will not prefer to stay again

I didn't find night staff very accommodating. Room service take a lot of time to complete the simple request

Satisfaction, but Toilet Exhaust fan not running. In Room no.306 Door key not working every time has to inform reception and ask for master key.
