Hotel Treetop

Excellent hospitality! A chauffeur friendly Hotel Treetop of many lots seen by us. Hot water services are good yet, being a MEP consultant, I felt wastage of a bucket to get hot water is not an energy efficient step. Hotel can think about it. Food was excellent, worth for the money charged, though consumes more time to reach the dining table. A travel desk is highly appreciated to ensure the guests does not lose the sweet memories of a pleasant stay to deceving run of mill tour operators (I had a membership with them...anyways). Overall, an ungorgettable experience...

My friend suggested me the Hotel Treetop. at first we inquired about another Hotel Treetop, then come to this Hotel Treetop. The whole project was really nice and well maintained. Luckily we got a room the adjacent to the pool and fully enjoyed in the pool though the water was cold. The receptionist was a very nice person. The breakfast was not upto the mark. Some extra items should be included. The tiger reserve entry gate is situated within 700 mts. The campus is really big and I am suggesting to have a stay in the Hotel Treetop.

The Road to the property did not look appealing, but the property was a quite a pleasant surprise. We were to reach at 10:30 pm and did not have dinner on the way as we were late. We called up the resort and their chef made sure we had our food hot, waiting in our room in spite of the fact that their kitchen closes by 10:00 pm. That was a nice start. The place is clean, good food and strategically placed for tourists. Overall a pleasant experience and Worth the money spent.

Traveled to Hotel Treetop with a group of friends and for us stay was a pleasant one. It's very nicely built. Cottages were good and amenities were also plenty like swimming pool with very clean water, then gym and recreation room with plenty of games to have fun with your gang. Food was not up to mark in terms of taste. Staff was professional not their services were good. Overall I would recommend this to people looking for a stay at Thekkady.

Everything about the Hotel was brilliant the cleanliness of the cottages, the cottages in itself, the view outside the rooms, the extremely courteous staff, the food, and the location (close to the information center). We just stayed for a day as it was a last minute plan to visit Thekkady as well, but I would have stayed at Treetop for a longer period had I known that it was a perfect place for a stay over.

The cottage was very good. Overall a good stay. We enjoyed the pool and the game room a lot. The food was good. On the downside the room was not ready past the check in time when I arrived and had to wait for getting my cottage room. Even though they gave another room for the meantime, when we travel with family for vacation, I did not like it when the room was not ready for check in.

Excellent place to stay. Me and my husband spent a lot of time relaxing in the resort. There is an infinity pool which looks great. Room was great too. Lots of greenery and beautiful trees in the resort. Had a great time in the games room. Periyar tiger reserve bus service is 5 mins walking distance from the Hotel Treetop. The Town is very near to the Hotel. Great staff and services.

Stayed at Hotel Treetop with my family. Room was comfortable. Positives: clean room, courteous staff, quick check-in and check out, good play area, green cover, decent breakfast buffet. Negatives: Average a la carte dinner, only 1 bottle of water provided in total for 2 nights for a family. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, so a good place to stay.

The stay was pleasant, good food, good ambiance and courteous staff. Overall I would recommend.

Lovely, warm staff spacious rooms, and good service. Price could be a little lower.

Very well maintained property with well experienced and caring staff, I really appreciate the Managermr Rahul Panicker who personally taken care for us. Food quality, ambiance, everything was perfect.

Everything was near by, rooms are good, ambience is nice. But in breakfast we had muffins and found insect.

Resort location and facilities are very good. Room service is excellent. Nice authentic Kerala food had been serviced by resort restaurants. Worth for money.

Everything about the Hotel Treetop was fantastic. Beautiful reception, beautiful rooms, neat and clean rooms, market is just few steps from the Hotel Treetop and budget friendly. We like to live here. It is so much nice resort for stay. It is near to Periyar Lake. Very nice rooms with all the amenities. The refrigerator is not there in the room, so it is disappointed for us. Overall good stay.

Cottage, view and also the location is amazing. They can improve on breakfast spread.

We had some quality time at the Hotel. The staff was very friendly. Food was delicious and the ambience was also wonderful. It was just lovely
