The room was very compact and not comfortable. Hygiene was also below expectations — cleanliness was an issue and the room did not feel properly maintained. Also, the room shown in the photos was quite different from what we actually received, which was disappointing. Overall, the stay experience did not match the expectations based on the listing.

The rooms are not good. Even the bedsheets were not clean. The room is too small. Basin was too small to even wash hands. Not a comfortable stay

I went to Trambakeshwar temple with family & had horrible experience. Rooms were very dirty, no intercom facility, no security, lot of mosquitos & cockraches, tv was not working, no jet spray in toilet, toilet floor was very slanting & was difficult to balance,no hot water available in bathroom during the day. It was only available in morning. I am really shock that Make My Trip had recommended such a property . If it's given free then to I will not go again for sure & will tell people not to visit this property.

No almirah, small room, no wifi really bad experience i had. They don’t even clean their pillow cover as well

Very small room. No hot water in bathroom. Gyser was not installed. Solar hot water was only available in specific timing in morning only. TV was non operational. Cleanliness was average

The room is worth of 2101 rupees, only you have limited hours of hot water in morning. When they serve the meals they forget spoon and rice.

allotted only a double bed room even i booked for 3adults and a child. No option for 3 or 4 bed rooms even they are available. charged for all of 4. Hotel is average and no lift. Not clean and unhygienic. Hot water available only from 5 am to 8 am. No toilet kit, dental kit. Towels are not clean. And it is not a any star hotel. But owner santhosh is helpfull.

We are not satisfied this hotel is worst not provided plates for food as well as the water. It’s worst than the lodge ra 4000 per night is waist of money it should not be more thane 500-700

Compared to the rate it's a terrible room much much much expensive, it's a lodge not a hotel. Mosquito, for mosquito killing gives smoke sticks. Very pathetic experience so left the hotel immediately. Mm t should return the full amount.

Experience is not good. In hotel, there is no tv and no hot water after 9 pm. Towels are not good. Our room is at 4 th floor and there is no lift. Overall hotel is not as per the mentioned in detail of hotel

Location was good which is near to trimbakeshwar temple. An average budget hotel with no food or drinking water.

Hotel trident is almost 1. 5 km from the trimbakeshwar temple. Hotel was at a decent location. Not suitable for elderly people as there is no elevator in the building. Room service is prompt and courteous.
