Hotel Trinity Grand

The Hotel Trinity Grand is located not far from station. Pick and drop service is provided by the Hotel Trinity Grand. Hotel appearance from outside and reception is very good. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Room are excellent but the only thing I didn't like was the mattresses which was of spring and very soft. Discomfort while sleeping. In buffet breakfast not much varriety is there and paid buffet also lacked varriety. Apart from this its a good Hotel Trinity Grand

Best Hotel Trinity Grand in Raigarh, complete value for money when booked through MMT, rooms are neat, support staff was cooerative too. Breakfast was top class with varieties everyday, you can't ask for more in a small town like Raigarh which is fortunate to have a 3 star Hotel Trinity Grand, pick from audi from railway station was also a good gesture

Best Hotel Trinity Grand for stay in Raigarh. Feels like altogether different kind of rooms compared to Hotel Trinity Grand in Chhattisgarh. Food and variety is very lavish and service is prompt. Few instances of power cut felt but that too for couple of minutes. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommended for everyone specially on business trips.

Location was too far away from main city and no public transport available nearby. Room are superb, service is good and good staff. Checked in 2nd time and both time reception team handed over wrong key for the room. Each time lobby phone was not working and you have to stepped down to reception with your luggage.

Hotel is good 1 claiming it is a 3 star Hotel Trinity Grand. It has a swimming pool but when I have visited that Hotel Trinity Grand, swimming pool was under maintenance. Some food quality and taste is ok but some of food taste was not good. No gym available in the Hotel Trinity Grand. Rooms are clean and big.

Very good. Location is good, but approach road is very dusty due to heavy Trucks movement of coal transportation
There was stinking smell in the bath room also bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty and not replaced. Were replaced - promptly when complained. Otherwise Hotel Trinity Grand is very good

It is a lovely property with good infrastructure. The staff is very helpful. The food is very good and they customised it as per the requirement. I find all facilities at Hotel Trinity Grand. I wish good luck for their future and wish that they shall maintain the same quality for their future guests also.

Overall experience of stay was amazing, room service is quite slow but you once you enter the room ambience response and food is very good. Even bathrooms are quite neat and clean .. Staff need to improve their waiters and let waiters be bit knowledgeable so that first visitors will be more comfortable.
