Good location, well maintained. Tasty food and Excellent service. Humble staff and affordable room rent.

The hotel was excellent. Even the food was good. The most interesting thing was that they cook the food as per our instructions. The housekeeping in miscellaneous areas are also good. The only suggestion that some cars used to be maintained at the hotel premises in view of his distance from the main city.

Ambience, Hygiene, Room facilities and support from staff were excellent.Sufficient parking and ground staff were also friendly. Food was average.Suggest to add play area for goods and led night lamp in room. About 2Km to Malapuzha Dam 6Km to Kav view point and walkable distance to Rock Garden Overall pleasant stay.

It's a big size property. Very responsive staff. South indian breakfast. Maintained neat and clean.

The rooms are very old. Dinner was terrible. We got rotten chicken. Breakfast was ok. The pool and surroundings were good. If you want to just stay near malampuzha dam you can choose this.

It is an average hotel. Food was ok ok. The wifi was very bad i had to come out of my room for internet. Pool was good. Overall i was not satisfied. If you don't have any other option in malampuzha to stay then only go for this hotel

This is an old property which needs renovation. The extra bed provided was a damaged piece. Breakfast was not buffet and the menu had very little options. Accessibility to malampuzha is great. Swimming pool is huge and neat. Overpriced.

Room, bathroom stinks. Bed cover, towel didnot appear to be fresh and clean. Lot of effort requires to improve the hygienic feel. Definitely it is overpriced by 2 times considering the service, cleanliness, room size.

The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful but i felt the property was not up to the mark for a 3 star rated property as shown on the make my trip app. Another thing of concern was the lunch and dinner served. We felt the paneer and chicken we ordered was not fresh. The breakfast interestingly was pretty good as compared to the previous day’s food.

had a nice stay. minor issues faced with were immediately rectified by hotel team. mr. soman was really helpful. nice breakfast. neat and clean hotel. one thing lacking is a change room near the pool. all the best team tripenta👍

The rooms are very small. The furniture and door are very old with scratches and marks. No hot water 24 x7. Even when it comes it is not hot enough. The swimming pool has work going on it in. They should have mention that in the website. That pool is not usable. There are no basic medicines in the hotel. I called and asked for something, they said they will send someone at 9 to get it. I called back at 9. 30 another person picks up with no clue of the previous request. Says i will be charged extra for the auto in which the person will be going to get the meds. Absolutely ridiculous. There are lose or broken tiles all over the property which makes it very difficult to walk around. This hotel is absolutely not worth the money and the hype. They do not spend a dime on the upkeep

Room was excellent, very neat and well arranged. Breakfast was buffet but not well planned. Any way it was good. Room service excellent. Restaurant ambience good.

Its a good hotel with gym, pool and play ground for children. Rooms were well maintained and breakfast was good. Value for money.

i had a dinner from there, it was nice,, location is good, room hygienity not at all good, long back used bed linen, with lousy smell, full of ants, inside the bathroom also, full, like cockroach smell, wifi connection is not proper, not properly available inside the room, morning i got a cofee without any cookies, morning 6am nobody is picking up the phone at reception, securities are good.
