Very non cooperative reception staff, has to push them hard for the services we paid for. They give you 1 half litre of drinking water when we booked for 2 adults and 1 teenager. familythere is no propor communication in between the personnels of house keeping & front desk. the shower tap was broken & one need to push the button to take shower throughout the shower time. weve booked a suite, the house keeping people have no idea about the complimentary of tea n water. every time we had to make them remind & they keep the pouches of tea, milk powder in a basket on the floor just next to a floor mopping stick.
