Overall good at this price staff behaviour is not well ! But its good budget friendly

The room service was not too good, I stayed there around 4 days, they did not change the bedsheet. Room phone was not working, TV setup box was not recharged

The staffs are not trained and neither the receptionist. Rooms are just about Ok types. But at this price one cannot expect more but still their are rooms for all improvement. Elderly people will have tough times climbing the steep stairs. Fyi

The stay was peaceful, the floor and room were quite clean. The response of staff was fast. Overall aesthetic stay it was. Thanks, will visit again in future. Food is just the opposite of the Menu. Whether it is about texture or taste, both was not at all good. In the name of ghar ka khana, it tasted the worst. If I talk about the quantity, it is shallow for the price. They know just the minimum basic cooking, and they keep names like eggs do pyaja or aalu dam. They deliver simple aalu ras and egg curry with bad taste. Suggest you to not try to the people who stay over there. Suggestion to the Hotel - Either change it or not suggest to your guest that Menu, it is ruining your reputation.

Front desk helpful. my room 314 was very neat well prepared. AC was good. Room Service was excellent and prompt service, regarding Food and Water. RO water facility was not properly working....food charges was expensive.....overall stay was above average...

Very average amenities. No mineral water given free as written in room amenities menu on make my trip. Bathroom flush and jet out of order, no handwash. Very average service.

does not feel hygiene all over , bedsheet and pillow is not so clean and bathroom also not well. privacy for solo girl is not so good , feel very insecure and unsafe all the night , feel like someone is staring and stalking all the night , no other female staff members in the hotel and staff knocking the door late night

it was really good. This is the first time I did, my solo travel. I was anxious about how the hotel would be, and how the hospitality would be, but it turned out to be much better than what I expected. The staff were very polite. They were good to me, and they were always ready to help and contacting the office, also very easy. I made my stay very comfortable and I did not have any problems at the hotel.
