Room was below standard. Fooding not available. Overall experience not satisfactory

Please don’t visit It was my biggest mistake. The rooms are not clean cockroaches and be seen everywhere the breakfast served was cold.

Horrible can express. Suffocating. Omg. Our family got suffocated. There is no food in restaurant.

Lack of tea/breakfast/lunch facility.

Terrible is not even enough to rate this property. One of the worst hotels in the locality… 1) This is not for corporate travellers. This is a OYO hotel suitable for couples only. Rooms have no windows and are barely hygienic. You will get diseases from the pillow covers and bed sheets. I found lipstick stain on my pillow which seemed like not even washed. 2) No professionalism of hotel staff. They use guest rooms for hanging out during their absence. Behaviour issues are there and rude attitude. 3) Never book breakfast here, they will serve you @10am only whenever they get time after their sleep is completed. Also the breakfast is not hygienic. They bring the food from streets and serve you in plates. The plates are also not washed properly. Yesterday I found dal stain on the plate they provided at night. Horrible experience.

I had visited kolkata for a wedding ceremony. At night we checked in, on the next day 8am we took flight. So it was a few hours stay in this property. Staff are not at all prompt. They took over 3hrs to provide us package water. Our bedsheet was full of curly hair! very untidy tiles are used in the flooring. We have also made them change the pillow covers too. It had stains.

Room conditions was very dirty. Tv not working. Ac not working. Bathroom was very dirty. In room there was no any window it's was safocating conditions room

Rooms were not so spacious as shown in images. Tv not working and not that clean.

Room was not that good not cleaned well and also mattress and bedsheets are dirty.

Hotel is located at a good place. Hotel ambiance is nice. The staff are polite. Room service is also good.

Twelfth Night is at a very good location, everything is nearby from ATMs to every shop you need. 10 kms from Howrah Railway Station is also a good choice for people travelling by train. Rooms are a bit congested and small but are clean. Things I didn't like is that room didn't provide some toiletries foot mat, that can be improved, else all is okay.

The staff was good. It was a nice time and the amenities mentioned were all present

The hotel staff was excellent. The servings were good and the atmosphere was also good. The room was also good. Overall it is a good place to stay.

The staff at this hotel were phenomenal. Friendly, courteous, and always attentive to our needs. I felt like a local with their service when i was there. Excellent customer service and an immaculate room that is comfortable and inviting, i can't wait to visit again. This hotel is the best! the staff do a tremendous job of making you feel at home while they are accomidating your every need. The rooms are equally impressive
