The staff at this Hotel Twelfth 9ight were phenomenal. Friendly, courteous, and always attentive to our needs. I felt like a local with their service when i was there. Excellent customer service and an immaculate room that is comfortable and inviting, i can't wait to visit again. This Hotel Twelfth 9ight is the best! the staff do a tremendous job of making you feel at home while they are accomidating your every need. The rooms are equally impressive

Twelfth Night is at a very good location, everything is nearby from ATMs to every shop you need. 10 kms from Howrah Railway Station is also a good choice for people travelling by train. Rooms are a bit congested and small but are clean. Things I didn't like is that room didn't provide some toiletries foot mat, that can be improved, else all is okay.
