Poor Stay

Firstly he denies the check in time and check out time. While check in he said since check out is at 12 we can't provide check in at 12. We got it at 12. 30while check out he says my new guests are waiting and you have to leave. At 11 they came to us multiple times to just leave the room. They said check out is actually at 10. They asked to pack bags and come out. According to him he already mailed to not book any rooms but still they gave booking and he has to shift his own guests. No water was provided in room. Room was in good shape and clean with a rustic look. Room has a nice vantage point of lake. Location is the main reason to book it. While check out also they created a objection about small 10 cm dia water spot on bedsheet( due to hurried check-out. Only after a second person came and said ok then we can leave. Crux- location is a plus point. But the owner give preference to foreigners only and don't follow booking rules. So i gave rating of 2
