Hotel Udai Palace - Located Near Bus Stand and Railway Station

Staff members were very good, overall it was a good experience.

Good Food, Good Location. Food is simple and tasty. Staff is courteous. Location is good. Rooms ambience can be improved.

Rooms were full of cockroaches...bedsheets were not clean. Electric issues. Front desk people were pathetic. Had to stay because money was paid in advance. Dont visit ever.

We stayed for a day. I have given them some suggestion for improvement. The lift facility is very good and their restaurant food is extremely good. The staffs are good.

The hotel looks fine from the outside but the rooms are in very old condition. Bedsheet and blanket wasn’t looking clean.

The hotel is quite congested and not well maintained. There were flies and small cockroaches in the room. It’s just okay if you only need a place to keep your luggage and spend the day elsewhere, but otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it for this budget. The location of this hotel is safe and is just 5 mins to railway station.

Location is superb near to both Railway station and Bus Station, the staff is very helpful and polite, Food is Average but you can order outside food whatever you want. Overall a comfortable and hustle free stay in very genuine price.

The room size was not good and the check out time was not as per the rule and guide lines the check out time around 12 but they force me to check out early

very basic and budget hotel. Overpriced considering very limited and very basic services they offer. The fan was not working for us and the room was having a foul smell. Not very convincing in terms of cleanliness of bed and other itemsthey offer.

The hotel staff was good .Rooms are not spacious.After check out , personal lagguage can put in hotel ,that is good thing .
