Guests can easily reach the hotel by tuk-tuk from the nearest parking area, which is just 100 meters away. Regarding your concern about the late-night assistance — our front desk was informed, but the information provided wasn’t very clear. If you had mentioned that your partner was unwell, we would have immediately helped arrange a doctor or medicine. However, as per our hotel’s safety regulations, we are unable to provide vehicle keys to guests during night hours.
