Food is very good. Location is good. It is a very nice Hotel Upahar Palace in Sambalpur in reference with locations. It is in the heart of the city. The food is very delicious ... It is good to stay there. We stay there for one day. And it's a good experience .. The Hotel Upahar Palace staff are very co-operative. Rooms are comfortable. mummy papa ko accha laga mujhe bhi sahi thik thak laga,compact palace hai ,when I take bite of mix veg I silent for a second, its teast is good, all staff are well behaviour specially attendant guy Sumanta he is a polite and well manner boy, and receptionist shreyas is a talented and educated guy, over all all r good but my opinion is that coloured all room once, middle of the town, pug puppy was so cute ,

Hotel is a good place. All service is available. But don't book Hotel Upahar Palace with breakfast then only you get one item like dosa or idli or puri sabji or bread butter or omelet with tea. No variety. Rest all is well having restaurant. Travel help desk and all. For solo travelers with business trip one and two day is best option within budget daily plus food charge.

One thing you can work upon is food quality and also provide GST tax receipt to the customers who book online. Other than this nice surrounding, cleanliness and service quality. One more thing is that please provide 24 hrs check in check out time for the MMT USERS, it would might be a reason to switch Hotel Upahar Palace next time.

Its a very good Hotel Upahar Palace in respective of all aspect. I am a solo traveler for my company business purpose I am a frequent visitor over here. This is a well cleaned and value for money in terms of food, waiters & room service facility is good, location wise its near to bus stand. Over all in this rate I feel comfortable.

It was an average stay. We stayed in this Hotel Upahar Palace for 2 nights. Staff is ready to help always. Staff at the reception is bit rude and stubborn by nature. Food is average so we avoided to have lunch and dinner over there. They do not have any buffet breakfast option. Only one option as complimentary breakfast.

It is a good Hotel Upahar Palace at the heart of the city just 10 minute far from the station. One can easily get various transports, auto or private car, for sightseeing. Though the Hotel Upahar Palace has own restaurant, but one can find various options just outside the Hotel Upahar Palace also. It's good

It was around 12at night, we reached safely and they were ready to welcome us, rooms are so good and clean, breakfast was awesome but price was high enough (1 Dosa costs 70 rupees) Ooo it's OK, but Hotel Upahar Palace restaurant was closed so there was a little problem on that, overall stay was good enough.

First time visited at Sambalpur and Hotel location is near to my required visiting place and all most heart of the city. Room servicing staff are quiet responsive and caring. Cleaning and maintenance was good. Only problem is restaurant not open all the day.

Bathroom not clean, shower not working, damp walls, dirty bed linens, food quality also not good, will never suggest anyone.
Foul smell, no bathroom towel when asked gave torn and used ones, rude staff behavior, the worst stay on any Hotel Upahar Palace room.

Fine, location wise good, It is the heart of the Sambalpur town, local conveyance is good.
News papers should be available, room freshener should be used in the bed room.

The fact that a good Hotel Upahar Palace is there in the busy and famous place in sambalpur make itself a boon. The location is opposite to shakti mist-an bhandar which is quite famous. The rooms were clean and tidy and all the protocol of covid hadve been followed. Feeling satisfied with the stay.
