Hotel Upper City Heart

Location is away from crowd and peaceful. If weather permits one can view snow cladded hill from Hotel Upper City Heart. The rooms are good and clean with modern facilities. Toilets are clean and hot water available round the clock. The inside ambience of Hotel Upper City Heart is good. Some car parking space is available. Room service is quick. Staff are courteous and decent. The Hotel Upper City Heart beds and blankets are clean and good. But the food could have been cooked better. We took one day lunch, then used to take food outside.

If we talk about the food, I guess I have had one of the best chilli chicken and achari mutton.
Every thing was excellent. Whatever we had asked them and helped us with the smile without making any bad faces.
Hotel staff was courteous. They were very helpful even they close their kitchen at 10.30 but thanks to mr kishan who provided us dinner at 11. Hotel owner was also very helpful. I will give them 5 out of 5.

Hotel up-par city heart location was very good just near to nature. Rooms are excellent food is also good only one thing is say it is on the top that's why driving is little bit difficult

Rooms are neat and clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Hotel is small and our experience is good. It is located very close to sunset point and Naddi view point, hardly 100 metres. Rooms has valley view.

I chose this place for my family trip after seeing the MakeMyTrip assurance. Needless to say, I Am not disappointed and would rate the behaviour of the staff very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was good. Food was not very good. Breakfast needs to improve. There is also problem of light. When light goes, u cannot charge your mobile phone. That is a big problem. It was bit costly also. They need to reduce their price.
