Worst Experience in urban boutique

The stay at this hotel was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, the sheets looked like they hadn’t been changed, and there was a constant foul smell that made it impossible to relax. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping with anything, and every request felt like an inconvenience to them. The AC didn’t work, the bathroom was in terrible condition, and the noise from outside made sleeping impossible. For the price they charge, the service and cleanliness were absolutely unacceptable. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible experience with the hotel and mm

familyThere was no power backup. My son was going to appear in an exam next day. He could not read or sleep the whole night because of power failure. No parking. False advertising. Don't know why mmt has registered this hotel. We can't even call it a hotel. O complained to mmt but they did nothing. I always book my flights and hotels through mmt but now onward s i'll have to think about it.
