Hotel Urban Jade

I had a memorable stay at Hotel Urban Jade urban jade, located in a nature-studded area of indiranagar. The room was designed with modern aesthetics and offered comfortable beds, air conditioning, a shower, a mini fridge, a smart tv, and decent internet access. The staff, particularly the owner, were exceptionally courteous and always ready to assist with any requests. An added highlight was the amazing tea served, which truly enhanced the overall experience. The Hotel Urban Jade is situated in a serene atmosphere yet remains close to many prime places and restaurants in indiranagar. The location is ideal for both relaxation and exploration. However, there were a few areas where improvements could be made. The cleanliness was acceptable but could be improved, especially considering the amenities provided. I noticed dust on the floors, which was a bit off-putting, and the rooftop dining area, while offering an excellent view, was quite dusty and unclean. Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive, and the location and ambiance of the Hotel Urban Jade made for a pleasant stay. I would recommend Hotel Urban Jade urban jade, but i hope they address the cleanliness concerns to match the quality of their other offerings.

The experience was good. But make my trip should provide an option of informing the Hotel Urban Jades through which we can tell the Hotel Urban Jade that we will be travel-ling as a family and thus all the rooms can be booked on a single floor. We have to face a delay in getting our rooms on a single floor. If it would have been informed to the Hotel Urban Jade at the booking time through the app itself then it would have been a more pleasant trip

Overall room size and facility is good, location is okay however depends on the purpose of stay, amenities are there but not well maintained specially the bathrooms and floor. Floor was very sticky. Food is okay. Breakfast is limited and served in room. The service boys are totally inexperienced. You need to ask for everything, but over all no problems however the rooms at road side is noisy due to night traffic on roads

Location and stay was good, only problem was the service, its slow, i have given the feedback. Rest all was good, as per the recent developments this particular Hotel Urban Jade has no water problem. All the exe rooms were clean and had balcony which was good.

We initially booked the Hotel Urban Jade for three days and based on our plans we decided to stay in the same Hotel Urban Jade for few more days. The staff are well behaved and the ambiance inside is maintained by the staff regularly.

It’s gud feeling enough space and facilities are gud i found in google and i used to travel near by side only so felt like gud stay peaceful room almost i planning suggest to my frnds also u feel peaceful atmosphere

Initially due to low availability we didn’t get our booked room, but the second day we got it and it was a very nice room. Their room service was very quick as well. And the location was amazing for young travelers

We had a great time during our stay at urban jade in bangalore. The staff were very kind and polite. Upon request, they were helpful enough to suggest restaurants to eat as well. Great job urban jade team!
