No Food...no water in the room. everything you have to ask. No breakfast prepared as chef was absent

Very good hotel.. prime location. Very good service and cooperative staff. Neat and clean room.

The only thing that worked for me is the location and size of room which was good., rest all was either below average or average. Pricing is hyped for food and services is low standards. Early check in charges, no dental kit, no water, tel phone not working, internet issue. Water lodged in front of hotel bring fresh breed of mosquito. Bad smell into the lobby

very Good experience at URS , clean hygiene and facilities . good staff with nice quality food availability.

Exhaust fan is not available and flush button is not working. Water pressure was very slow. Means as per room rate facility was not good.But food was very tasty.

Location was good staf behivour was nice and so kind room was clean bedsheet and other things good and clean food was tasty and worthy it was soo good experience stay was soo good i stayed 1 day its amezing service

Rooms are near and clean Staff is so good and well mannered Wifi available at high speed Parking available and location is awesome

The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is great, to reach every place. The prices are reasonable given the rooms that you get.

The place was disappointing and did not match the photos provided. The pictures made it look clean, spacious, and well-maintained, but in reality, it was quite the opposite. The rooms were smaller, poorly lit, and not properly cleaned. Basic amenities were missing or not functioning properly, and the overall condition felt neglected. It was clear that the images used were either outdated or heavily edited. This created a misleading impression and led to a lot of dissatisfaction upon arrival. I would not recommend this place based on my experience, as it failed to meet even the basic expectations.

hotel ki location theekh hai thoda search karna padta hai but finally pahuch jaate hai hotel tak. food average tha and amenities me kuch nhi tha and services average kyunki jo aap bulaoge wo la denge iske alawa special kuch nhi tha. inko check out ka pada rahta hai bhale hi customer ko koi personal health issue hai toh bhi bhale hi rooms khali pade rahenge lekin ye log 11 baje ka hi check out bolte hai yadi aapne inhe 15 mins ka bola hai ki 15 mins baad kar raha hun uske pahle hi he log 2 3 baar call laga dete hai. and check in ke time par pahle nhi denge ye log rooms bole ge ki rooms bhare hue hai aur check in ka time 12 baje ka hai toh 12 ha 12 ke baad denge ye log room aapko mere sath hua hai ye main 10 baje pahuch gaya aur inn logo ne 12 baje ke baad room diya hai mujhe and sabse bura exprience ye raha garden view wala room offer kiya tha inn logo ne back side ka room de diya ye bolkar ki sir itne rate me ye hi room milega wo phir baat karo aur back side ke room me mobile network ka bahut issue tha maine complaint bhi ki lekin inn logo ki side se koi response nhi aaya 1 din book kiya tha aur 1 din direct stay liya tha toh finally overall ye experience mera bad raha.kmain umeed karta hun ki kuch proper refund ya koi accha solution aayega.

The room we got was not at all like shown in the picture. The quality of maintainance was little cheap. The place was not giving good vibes but Service were ok.
