Worst hotel, I ever stayed in Utsav grand

No staff facilities all the remaining are un helpful ac works poor , tv doesn’t work staffs don’t listen to you. Even if it is very emergency, please don’t stay in this hotel. You will just regret.

Poor attitude. Unprofessional. No tea kettle. Frequent power failure. Dg power very unreliable and have to push manager to start it. No tea kettle. Access to hotel which is in street which is raw and kaccha road. Damaged door locks. Long list. Don't have time to give every details. Pl refund my full payment to my credit card

This is a worse property and I think they should not have found a place in the Family of MMT. This is my worst experience ever in any of the properties booked . Location - Very bad, in an extremely dirty brick-soled lane. Restaurant - Non existent. The Property should not be called a Hotel, rather, it is more of a Hostel with modern amenities. Not at all fit for Families or Children, may be fit for Bachelors. Parking - almost on the walking bay of the so called Hotel. Negligible staff, who shut down their Reception Counter at 09.00 PM and went home. There was none to attend thereafter. We, somehow spent the night on a very congested bed, in a very small room with a struggling bathroom .. as I was too tired after driving more than 500 Kms. from Kolkata. We checked out early in the morning today.

The manager deepak ji was a very nice, congenial and friendly person. The overall experience was good. Room had geyser facility and felt warm for the winter season. Had a nice stay.

given me wrong direction for my hotel route because of which i faced too much problem in my treavelling. Even proper food was also not available in hotel. It was terrible experience for me

Facility of shrigo hotel was awesome and staff members were also very polite. It's completely a newly setup hotel. If i come again in purnia. I will stay in this hotel.
